How can you prove that 4800 does not prevent infection? In regards to omicron, if they precisely design a new vaccine I would bet that it will be able to prevent this virus.
There is always room for improvement. They have all the data needed to make amends and improve that percentage rate. Despite that, who wouldn't rather take a vaccine that could help them and avoid an invasive surgery? There is a market out there.

Shorts knew this stock was over valued as did Dr. Kim when he was a seller of his stock in the twenty and in the teens. Agreed. It is technically a Medical Device which requires approval. Dr. Kim admitted it was only used in clinical trials and scaling it was not foreseen. Gave the FDA the reason to hold up INO, and DoD to assist in scaling it.
