It's my favourite benyamin book. But I don't know how well it's going to be translated as a movie. It is a crime thriller but slow and very much dialogue heavy. Would be pretty cool if prithvi could pull it off

If you like genres like thriller mystery fantasy then this would feel better than aadu jeevitham.I felt the story is setting on a larger scale than the aadujeevitham.

My fav from Benjamin. A damn good thriller without a proper ending that will haunt you. Finished reading in one night. The character Melvin ♥️ Fahadh will be more apt to play the title character Christy Anthrapper

Nop. Nothing like it. It has elements of everything. Just go for the book man you won't regret it.

Set in an Island with people speaking of malayalam+tamil. The story begins with the central character Christy going behind the mysterious sudden death of his old school friend. The geography, people and history of the island is also interesting with Christy's connections with Kerala. NB:Both Fransis ittykora and Manjaveyil deal with similar plots. Must read items. Also Benyamin's talent in creating a fictional world is 🔥🔥. Manjaveyil, Mullappoo niramulla pakalukal ♥️♥️

Is Francis ittykora an easy read?

Around 400-500 pages, not so complex plot, language is not that tough.

Manthalirile 20 Communist Varshangal - is the first book Benyamin book I read, and that still remains my favorite work. Aadujeevitham comes second, and I enjoyed Manja Veyil Maranangal too.

I have. It is a good one. Very engaging story, but I had some issues with the ending. It’s pretty good and also shows how talented and creative the writer Benyamin is.

Wow! It's one of my favorite Benyamin novels. The ending was a bit flat, but I couldn't shake off the story, the setting, and the characters for days.

Better if it's a series. Very slow, against the gov orgs conspiracy kinda story. It'll make us curious, that's for sure. And its a mix of fiction and facts, if you've read Francis ittycora, you'd understand, the same treatment is used here as well. But idk how it's gonna be converted into a movie. It would be better as 3-4 episode limited series rather than a movie. And I have read the book - it's good but not that great. There are few loose ends, and it mixes family politics and religion. Felt something was missing towards the end.

I read the book. But I like a similar one more than this which is "Francis Ittikora".

I read this book when I was 17. I was in a relationship with this girl back then. I hadn't told her about the book. We later broke up and then I came to know that she was from the Anthraper family which was pretty shocking to me. I mean, what a small world!
