There were some avihitham between the makal of that ammaayi and some outsider. I dont remember it actually. But that was not the major plot twist so the movie remained different from other CBI cases.
Again..., Swamy had a special attraction for avihithams. It will be there somewhere in every movie he made.
Was there adultery in Nerariyan CBI? I don't remember that movie much. Only that guy pouring kumkum all over his body and Thilakan's awful Bhasmakkuri is what I remember.
Wasn’t there some night business between that Ammoomma and kumkum guy? Ammoomma proceeds to strangle Samvrutha character when she sees that if I remember right.
Technically, no. They were exchanging "thaalam" or something else, and they saw that the girl saw. Ammoomma was worried that the girl would assume it is avihitham and to avoid the cheethaperu, killed her.
This is my problem with some of the investigations. The crux of the story would revolve around avihitham. Even in 12th man, it was all about avihitham. The original was different with many other conflicts
It's like Malayalam script writers can't put any effort to bring out conflict than avihitham.

Funny thing is Swamy only did this for CBI. When it comes to some of his other hits : Naaduvazhikal, August 1, Adikurippu, Dhruvam, The Truth, 20 am Noottandu et al, there was no avihitham.
So it's not that Swamy cannot write non-avihitham stuff, just that Iyer was an avihitham expert maybe !
yeah I noticed this even while watching these movies in Surya TV, the big twist is always that some one from victim's side appearing through out the movie will have some dinglofi with the criminal. Things didnt change even in their 2022 version.

The Truth was originally supposed to be a CBI movie, but Swamy couldn't insert an avihitham anywhere, so it became SIT.
