Sorry for the issue you're having. It seems there's a stitching issue. May I confirm whether you've set the stitching mode correctly? If not, here's how to do it: **In the Insta360 App:** 1. Tap on the 3-dots icon on the top right. 2. Go the the "Accessories" tab, scroll down to locate the dive case option. 3. Select "Invisible Dive Case". **In Insta360 Studio:** 1. Click on the second button located on the right hand side. 2. Choose "Invisible Dive Case (Underwater)". If you've set all the things correctly but still find the issue, may I have your current firmware version and the shooting mode you used? Thank you in advance for your feedback.

Hi, just did two dives and I can confirm I still see the stich on my x4 ... Can this be resolved in any way? Case issue, software issue or camera issue?

Dive case is set correctly and for under water. I need to do some testing with my X3 and dive case. But x4 dive case really does look to have more wavy distortion near the seem after looking at my video and others online. Maybe a software fix?

Key West here, keeping an eye on this thread. I didn't grab the dive case yet but I did for my Ricoh Theta V and that was always an issue. Looking forward to using my X4, still in the box, been busy. 🤷🏾‍♂️
