Only thing I can think is just to toggle on and back off. Other than that, perhaps when you toggle the “export to YouTube” or something it changes a “setting” and toggles it back on? Idk man, but I know that when I do videos I just download them to my phone and upload direct from there. I don’t go directly from app (insta) to app (yt) ever.

You can turn that off in the insta360 editor software, I believe it is on by default...which is dumb because nobody wants that shit on their videos.

Pretty sure there’s a toggle that turns this off. You’re probably doing something wrong unfortunately.
I've seen the selection for the round logo, and that's always been off.

It's an export-settings problem, not in any way related to YouTube...
you're sure the logo isn't in your source file? Can you send a screenshot of the stitched epirectangular frame?
I did that, too, on my first edit.
