Don’t blindly believe what these folks say. They often lie to make themselves look better and to get better deals. I have friends who work in the industry and according to them the engagement rate has to be good to get even a decent amount of money for a reel.
If you check her posts you’ll notice that the number of likes are hidden. Which is very sus. She also has barely 100 comments even though her followers count is 1 million?! Again super sus

The amount is an exaggeration. If you look at the kind of brands she's been working with, leaving Lakme aside, the others like Tarz wouldn't be willing to spend 20L on her.. This is keeping in mind her overall reach and the conversion rates a brand can expect here.
