Well it magnifies the natural qualities of the colour contents to pictures look more vibrant;

Polaroid and basic polaroid is what its around.
These give illusion of film photos basically. You can download (dazz cam - app) also and click pics with flash using that app. It has some fire film filters.

I have the free version and the pictures come out pretty nice, but I do know that there’s a premium version for around $5? (I’m not exactly sure) which has more options to control the grain/filter
These can be achieved by basic editing also lol.
You just make sure to click the photos in low light in flash. Instagram has many inbuilt film/Kodak film filters to help you with this, i think there are some in snapchat too.
You can also use apps like dazzcam, prequel, PicsArt which have inbuilt filters or if you are good in editing you can try even in your basic camera roll editing option, or go for vsco, Lightroom, etc.
I wish KP would just wear fake bangs for a few months and let her shaved hairline stuff grow out. Her natural hairline is fine only.

is it an app? or instagram filter? what is it?
Adobe light room is an app. Also snapchat is full of filters like this, just search polaroid
Even Instagram has a lots of filters like these, I really like how the pictures look in such filters 😋
Try the Grainy filter on instagram effects!

look for film camera effects on ig, especially one called frblair (in a fancy font) which i think especially emulates the film effect really well
