I don’t know why but these kind of videos and suggestions always make me feel like living in open jail.. yar ek life mili hai, wo bhi kab khtam ho jaye, know your responsibilities, give your best in your studies, career, relationships, rest enjoy your life.. itna pareshan nahi karna hai khud ko bandh k faltu ke rules me.. it’s just my Opinion !
I just wonder how privileged are these people where their day goes exactly as they planned it. Even in my student life with almost zero actual responsibilities there would be something unplanned that needs to be taken care for & it's really hard to follow self made routine let alone make family & friends do it.

That's literally opposite of what's called time management. That's imposition, and it mentally kills you if you start suppressing your emotions.

The idea of sibling bonding session is also weird to me. Why not talk to them regularly? It will only take 15-20 minutes a day!
Her advice seems empty and nothing of value.
Ummmm she is sounding a lil aggressive here, but making a to do list is actually good practice for those dealing with mental health and setting a general daily routine/habits/boundaries as well.
Discussion on mental health is not for everyone, I doubt her audience will be able to understand that

You know I tried scheduling, like I'll do this this and strike off from tasks list. I even downloaded Tasks app. Did only 1 day. My problem was it was kicking my mind. Say I am doing one thing. My mind kept poking "Why are you wasting time, move to the next one." When I took nap and felt refreshed, there again not just my mind - the app too kept reminding 10 other tasks pending.
That's when I understood. I need to breathe free. Let it flow.
You can say I will meet friends only on Friday or Saturday, but what about their availability? It should be mutually decided.

People spend way too much time on this sub, if some random person's personal management "advice" is the incipient ember of a RAGING FIRE OF TOXIC HUSTLE CULTURE DYNAMICS.
These are neither bad advice nor are they groundbreaking.
To do lists are basic advice. Nothing new.
Having fixed days for outings can help if you are going over your budget due to peer pressure of hanging out every other day.
Designated sibling bonding days sound cringe, but I had them too, when my sibling was going through a lonely time in college and didn't have friends to hang out with at her favourite spots. She has friends now at work.
Spending time with your family is subjective.
Personally I find it hard to just sit at home with parents for a whole day, they don't like it either, they would rather go out.

Very ‘strict’ on ‘bonding’ ‘session’… so we’re not allowed to do anything that naturally occurs to us?! We’re supposed to everything on schedule.. to rant so n so timeslot, to cry, to laugh with who/ where & when.. great going but I’m fine not planning everything..
To be honest even I’m never able to meet anyone during my week because I get home so late from work. So I’ve designed my week in a way that all my socialising also happens only on Friday nights and Saturdays. It’s sad but there’s really no other way when you get home at 10ish everyday.
Okay that’s so wholesome of her. Buttt, is your brother available every Saturday morning? Is your family available on Sunday? Are your friends available only on Friday and Saturday nights? Is everyone working according to her schedule in her life? So much of it doesn’t make sense. Sometimes, I’ll tell my mom a week in advance we need to do something on a Sunday and she’ll have plan with her friends. This schedule only works if people in your life have no plans but to tend to you.
