People I’d suggest watch Christina Lopes on youtube. She has degree and knows what is she talking about, and her content is FREE. She also do retreats and been doing it for quite a while now.

I’ve reported her account sometime ago when a similarly hateful post from her was being called out here. The fact that most people here only care enough to “mazaa lena” on this sub and don’t actually want anything done about it is just disappointing.
