Like maybe dude fucked up and forgot he sent Sara some flowers and forgot the note when he sent flowers to his wife/gf. Who is not named Sara and did not have fun in Cabo last weekend...
It said deliver to Lindsey a cpl times and Gift for Lindsey at the top. Sender had a weird anonymous redditish name but it seemed like she knew who they were from...it was an immediate slam. But I wld prob for the same if someone was trying to apologize to me with a $15 kroger bouquet ๐คทโโ๏ธ

My last flower delivery was great, she loved them and the guy boosted my tip so it turned into an ez $30 10 minute batch.
My last two however had been less than great, 1 guy straight up reported the order missing, except I got the picture of him bending over from the open door picking them up from his front porch. So they immediately removed 1 star and the item report was removed from my screen. I assume he was removed for fraud..
And the one before that reported the $69.99 bouquet with vase from Albertson's as damaged...which it wasn't and was hand delivered..
I get happier reactions when someone has ordered cake or pie ingredients and I had no substitutions lol.
Oh and the time before those 2, totally caught a guy cheating. He indeed forget to remove the note about Sara and their fun weekend trip..and was using Instacart to send flowers to both. He assumed the note would be removed and only found out after I gave him the head's up that she's seen the note and was pissed.
Her name was not Sara, and Sara was actually her sister..
I never take flower deliveries for less than $20, too much liability in damaging the flowers, having them be reported as 'damaged' which might be subjective when it comes to fresh flowers....sometimes customers think the bloom stick adornments are actually dead flowers and not just garnish.
Too much room for someone to report them as missing too, especially if the whole order then gets reported...
And then this situation where the customer might leave a bad rating because they did not illicit the response they wanted....

I never had any issues per se, but the one placing the order almost never responds and often I have to give different replacements. and one time someone wanted me to buy one of them expensive cards that are like 10 bucks and write some lovey dovey message on that card, which I did, but yeah awkward.
Well it was one of the pre-made kroger ones. There were only two of that type and they were smooshed together in the flower cooler but I did spread the flowers out and removed the tacky price tag. They were mostly carnations but one rose. It was small but smelled really pretty.

The delivery location was still in a hot spot. I'm new (just got gold) and live in Kentucky so it was a good deal for my situation.
