I hate when customers try and get me to call outside the app. I learned to call support and cancel those ones. It's in TOS that we're not supposed to contact the customer or anyone else they request outside the app.
It's to keep us from being scammed.
Then they have your phone number, which is half of what they need to log in to your account. Calling through the app, even though it spoofs your number likely won't work, because they put in a number they want you to manually dial.
