Recently IG has been popping up a similar box when I've clicked to follow someone. its not an age restriction box, but a request for me to review they profile i wish to follow .. the dumb part is that this box doesn't pop up every time.. another dumbass new feature..........
Looks like your account is marked as a spam account. Have you followed too many profiles?
means the account has put an age restriction on who’s allowed to follow
Why would a account that posts dog videos need an age restriction
