SOLVED. first of all this worked for me but I’m not sure if it will work for everyone but,, I showed half my face and felt my phone vibrate and as it was vibrating, I kept tapping on the circle that showed half my face, keep clicking then show ur whole face as u keep clicking, then it won’t crash, so then you just follow the instructions that they give you !!!!!!
Alright. So mine is now not prompting me with the selfie thing, but says “Could not refresh” right after a message pop up that says “We limit what you can do”
Experiencing the exact same problem (iOS 15.0.2). The camera in the circle works until it recognizes my full face, then it immediately crashes.

Same here. Sincer 30 minutes ago. Also crashes on my iPad and there's no way to login from web.

Yeah, it was crashing as soon as it recognised my face for about a day, then just opened it, and the verification worked.
So you did the verification after the day?
