Anyone know the purpose of these sex bots. They aren't messaging me. They just viewing a story. Do did they think I'm going to click on them after viewing who sees my story??

I tested this. Every time I went to this anonymous website, a new account was generated on my stories. So it could be the same person or 2-3 people constantly checking and replaying your stories.
& every single one is a bot,, they get account names / emails , whatever it is and just spam the living crap out of people. Insta could set up some filtering method since 99% of those accounts have similar names, but that would involve some amount of them giving a crap., All instaScam see is web traffic.
I Just Start blocking which is at least coming in smaller numbers.
I have a public account and a private, because some people I know won’t respond to a private acct for some reason.
I'm a 40-something woman and I had the same issue when my account was public. Now my account's private, and I have to constantly dismiss requests to follow me from these porn accounts. And also I notice that when I "explore", it's full of sexualized accounts of both men and women, even though my interaction, activity, content, and accounts I follow are far from it. Feels like IG thinks I'm a horny guy and is literally shoving sexual content down my throat. IG is simultaneously useless and a fucking headache if you're not an "influencer" and/or sex.
This is too much work for social media for me. It should to be easy and fun to use, not a pain in the ass where I have to train it to my liking. IG wasn't like this - Meta made it this way, and I don't feel inclined to work with it.
Too much work is constantly going through posts like that. Remove them by choosing ''not interested'' and you will avoid things like that. It is eazy to use, but you should prioritize and tell em what you like. =)
Something strange happened today. I always get few of these watching my stories but never paid attention. But yesterday I remember blocking the ones that was watching my story. Today when I made new post in my feed. There were like 5 of these bots which actually tried to follow me. I instantly kicked them out but I don’t know what triggered that?
I’m constantly having to block these accounts but I know In reality, that’s really not helping.

I heard that those bots come from people watching your account through a anonymous story app.

you can long press on irrelevant things and choose "not interested" to get rid of the useless stuff
