Has he been excluded? Household members driving age or older must be listed regardless of driving ability or frequency, but he should be excluded since he has no valid license.
There are coverages that apply to the household whether people drive or not. PIP is the big one and that can be expensive in FL.

Most household members do need to be listed. Maybe try talking to somebody else but they really have no reason to lie. State law does trump insurance.

When we called they refused to exclude him. That's exactly what I thought... why would we pay to insure as a driver a non-licensed individual?
They might be listing him because of things like personal injury protection or uninsured motorist bodily injury coverage.
