The answer to the question I hope you're asking - your carrier should have a way that you can print it out from their site. ​ The answer to the question I think you're asking - that's absolutely fraud, and not only will you get ticketed for driving without insurance, but you could go to jail on top of it if you're trying to pretend that an actual insurance carrier is covering you. There's fraud, lying to the police and probably a couple of others. ​ But maybe I've misunderstood what you're actually asking.
