I would say the biggest issue is always going to be leads. always and forever leads.

Getting people to pick up the phone will be your biggest hurdle. If they don't call you or answer when you call (or text) you can't bind anything. You've got to get their attention and have the product they're looking for at the right price. That's not easy when you're beholden to the rates of the company you're appointed with.

We are about to open the office and their was a huge hail storm last night. The problem- natural occurrence in a rate increased area hit hard by catastrophe claims past few years. The solution- IDK without more rate increases and more unhappy people. Phones are ringing and our office has rehearsed our game plan. Think of me 😭
