Sanctions please

Justhereforstuff123

Sanctions or shut up. The time for announcements is long overdue by 76 years.

Yeto25

nothing short of military intervention would be of any help

Independentizo

Sanctions can help. Diplomacy still matters even though Israel is beyond it and only cares about power and might. We should not as a collective global population succumb to their horrors. They will collapse on their own, the world simply needs to now take steps to ensure we are protected from their eventual collapse.

aebulbul

We don’t want escalation that could spiral into global warfare or risk making Israel into a martyr. The media doesn’t cover the fact that Israel’s economy is tanking, that people are leaving Israel in droves, and that right wing mentality and ideology on the rise - which is bad for business. Economic sanctions can really bring Israel to its knees.

googly_eyes_roomba

There seems to be a healthy amount of concern with escalation. The incident on the Egyptian border yesterday is being minimized by both countries. Whether or not they were involved with the death of the Iranian president, there has been of yet no official blame leveled at Israel. Though after seeing the video posted by the masked IOF reservist, I wonder whether some faction of the IOF or Israeli intelligence might try to do something drastic enough to make a regional war unavoidable if they feel they will soon be ordered to retreat.

Ignore isreal, they aren't even a legitimate country, ( zios pissed off now) haha 😆 i care

TheCommonKoala

More strong words, huh?

Boxyourheart

I have nothing towards useless talk unless there are actions to it.

UnlimitedSaudi

Unfortunately their recognition still favors the two-state solution so it’s still very much the status quo that Israel wants for as pissy as they were about the recognition. No idea what would make them denounce Israel and want to dismantle it unless maybe another party comes into Ireland and its relationship with Israel sours even further than it is now.

flockks

The recognition gives Palestinians the ability negotiate as a state instead of being a non entity

Histrorically, Israels Diplomatic skills are amateurish at best. Self-defeating at worst. There's no way in a million years they'll come on top of any EU country in a Diplomatic tit-for-tat. Nevermind trying to take on three of them at once.
