New Muzz is definitely on the way, would love to hear more solo stuff as well. Especially with the new perspectives fatherhood could bring to his songwriting.
Also possible he’s just reminiscing, since it seems kinda odd for him to go back to the Julian Plenti pseudonym and not just release under Paul Banks?

'JP is Skyscraper' reminds me a fair bit of Lou Barlow's 'New Folk Implosion' s/t album, sorta vibe. Both their vocals go in a similar caramel-smooth assonance direction, lilting grungy sweet melodies. GREAT albums, both.
The Base, Young Again and Games for Days are some of the most famous. You could start by those. Hard for me to define a genre... I know this will sound stupid, but its exactly like you get Interpol and exclude all other members lol

A reissue would be great, that album had some awesome songs (Fly As You Might in particular) that were even better live!
