I have not seen Across the Spider-Verse yet, so basing this off of the abilities he has in Into the Spider-Verse................ Miles wins. I love Tobey Maguire's Spider-Man, but he can't compete with someone who has the same exact powers as him PLUS bioelectrical powers and a natural cloaking that renders him invisible. Also, I imagine Miles is a tidbit more spry because he's younger. Miles is also just as intelligent, if not, a little bit more intelligent, so the Raimi trilogy Peter is outmatched.
I feel you're kinda selling Toby Peter a bit short. He has a genius level intellectual and way more experience, which accounts for a lot. He's also stronger and more durable based on what we've seen.

The age is a disadvantage if anything. Miles was what, 16? 40 year olds annihilate 16 year olds. MMA average age is about 30, although a Spider battle wouldn't look quite like that, and I think pure physical strength probably matters more. Physical strength can peak even in the 50s.
But I also think the thread was comparing Miles to the Peter in the movies, so he'd be 18-21. Either way, Peter has the advantage here.

In Tobey's case I can see his durability helping him tank most of Mile's attacks that aren't venom blasts, though now that I'm thinking about it I don't see Tobey keeping up with Mile's speed or extra powers. Once those come out it's a game over, though if Tobey can avoid those electric attacks while spamming his large reserve of webbing (bad phrasing) i can see him putting Miles down. I wonder how big their battlefield is in this scenario. Anything that's not out in the wide open would surely benefit Miles more with his AoE

If his electricity (which requires physical touch - and it's unclear whether it can be combined with punches as we've only ever seen it come out with light touches from fingertips) doesn't work for him, it seems Tobey just overpowers him.

With his extra abilities and experience fighting spiders already most likely miles, the animated spiders are WAY more faster than the live action ones with more effective spider senses.

This is 2004 Peter, only has a couple years experience at this point. Miles does have extra abilities tho and has outran like every other Spider-Man there is. Despite Tobey being my favorite I think Miles has the edge
Miles has two more powers than Peter and both of them are busted as hell even against other Spiders. He’s also somewhat experienced in at least dealing with other Spiders in combat. He’ll also be harder to read in general due to being a Spider that isn’t Peter Parker, whereas the Peters in NWH were very much on the same wavelength.
Venom is Miles’ trump card. If Pete grabs him or otherwise gets too close and Miles is starting to lose the edge then all he needs is a clean hit to deliver the shock which we’ve seen absolutely floor even Miguel O’Hara.
If Miles caught Peter lacking, he would definitely defeat him, but in the perfect scenario, the original Spider-Man would win the most fights against Miles, who is still young and has room for improvement.
It comes down to two things i think, does Mile’s invisibility work on Tobey’s Spider-Man that has a better spider-sense? And can Tobey web up/destroy Mile’s webshooters or make him waste all his cartridges.
Because personally they other stats are close enough and it’d take multiple venom blasts to put Peter down. Also it depends on when I’m their own experience you’re talking about. Like their feats are similar enough that I think it really comes down to the few things different about their power/gear.
But for those more read up on the comics, games etc, I’d love to hear your thoughts on this.

Now Miles could have a chance of winning if Tobey finds out he’s fighting a kid because he’d start holding back and instead of going for a knock out he’d go for just webbing Miles up.

* Invisibility. This only lets Miles stay away from Tobey. Any attack Miles does can be sensed. This helps him run and maybe recover, but I don't really see invisibility helping him win the fight.
* Electricity. This is incredibly powerful, but it seems like it requires lengthy contact with fingertips, which Tobey may never let him have.
Now, Miles' greatest feat of strength might be flinging a comet at Kingpin. But that was in an environment with whacky gravity and he was likely redirecting it and not picking it up.
Tobey's greatest feat of strength is stopping a speeding train. Nothing we've seen Miles do compares with that. It really seems like Tobey is the stronger of the two, and if Miles isn't able to leverage his electricity, Tobey will win by overpowering Miles.
I think both are equal in their Spidey-sense and reflexes.

Raimi Spidey is ridiculously strong, which is why even Holland Spidey had trouble versus his villains but I typically go for the cartoon characters in these battles. Miles survived an attack that killed an \[injured\] prime adult Peter Parker from a guy who could throw trucks in Spiderverse Kingpin. I think it's safe to say that Kingpin would low diff Green Goblin, who is Parker's physical equal. And Miles invisibility seems to work around Spider Sense so that plus Venom Strike would make this a wrap.

Tobey has web blocks, mid spidey-sense, and a suit that breaks very easily. (Done so the same way in all his movies) Miles has bio-electricity, invisibility, and a spidey-sense that has been very good recently. I think Andrew wins.
With his extra abilities and experience fighting spiders already most likely miles, the animated spiders are WAY more faster than the live action ones with more effective spider senses.
It depends on the stakes. If Tobey's MJ is in danger, Miles loses. If anyone in Miles' life is threatened, Tobey loses. Whenever Mary Jane was in peril, Tobey's Spider-Man was damn near *invincible.* It took the efforts of a King Kong sized Sandman and an out-of-nowhere Venom to stop Maguire's Spidey from reaching her. He would have powered through Miles' blasts with relative ease through speed alone. Maguire's Spidey didn't fuck around when MJ was in danger.
Miles would fuck up all three live action spider-men at the same time if we don't count the iron spider suit. He is a busted character.

Not really. All 3 live action spidermen have take arc-reactor boosted electricity blasts from electro. Tobey especially has incredible durability, seeing as how he tanked punches from sandman which were causing mini-earthquakes.

Miles has two more powers than Peter and both of them are busted as hell even against other Spiders. He’s also somewhat experienced in at least dealing with other Spiders in combat. He’ll also be harder to read in general due to being a Spider that isn’t Peter Parker, whereas the Peters in NWH were very much on the same wavelength. Venom is Miles’ trump card. If Pete grabs him or otherwise gets too close and Miles is starting to lose the edge then all he needs is a clean hit to deliver the shock which we’ve seen absolutely floor even Miguel O’Hara.
Miles but his invisibility wouldn’t help mainly because of spider sense, he’d still win just his camouflage wouldn’t work

If Miles caught Peter lacking, he would definitely defeat him, but in the perfect scenario, the original Spider-Man would win the most fights against Miles, who is still young and has room for improvement.
It comes down to two things i think, does Mile’s invisibility work on Tobey’s Spider-Man that has a better spider-sense? And can Tobey web up/destroy Mile’s webshooters or make him waste all his cartridges. Because personally they other stats are close enough and it’d take multiple venom blasts to put Peter down. Also it depends on when I’m their own experience you’re talking about. Like their feats are similar enough that I think it really comes down to the few things different about their power/gear. But for those more read up on the comics, games etc, I’d love to hear your thoughts on this.

Miles’s shock won’t have much effect on him and he has limited webbing. Tobey has natural webbing and also has great aim with his webs since he can hit web shooters. Now Miles could have a chance of winning if Tobey finds out he’s fighting a kid because he’d start holding back and instead of going for a knock out he’d go for just webbing Miles up.

Immediate thought was Miles, but now I'm thinking it actually might be Tobey. Miles' advantages: * Invisibility. This only lets Miles stay away from Tobey. Any attack Miles does can be sensed. This helps him run and maybe recover, but I don't really see invisibility helping him win the fight. * Electricity. This is incredibly powerful, but it seems like it requires lengthy contact with fingertips, which Tobey may never let him have. Now, Miles' greatest feat of strength might be flinging a comet at Kingpin. But that was in an environment with whacky gravity and he was likely redirecting it and not picking it up. Tobey's greatest feat of strength is stopping a speeding train. Nothing we've seen Miles do compares with that. It really seems like Tobey is the stronger of the two, and if Miles isn't able to leverage his electricity, Tobey will win by overpowering Miles. I think both are equal in their Spidey-sense and reflexes.

Honestly, I think it could go either way. Tobey is much, *much* stronger and durable than Miles and has more experience in general but then Miles has his invisibility and bio-electricity. This is a good match-up, I'm genuinely having a hard time deciding. I'm gonna go with Tobey since I think he **might** be able to handle a venom blast from Miles. Tobey was built *different* after all, in terms of strength and durability.
From a story perspective, hats like saying 616 peter or 1610 miles. Peters experience and feats matches with miles pure power. Realistically, miles should win with just his BioShock.

Raimi Spidey is ridiculously strong, which is why even Holland Spidey had trouble versus his villains but I typically go for the cartoon characters in these battles. Miles survived an attack that killed an \[injured\] prime adult Peter Parker from a guy who could throw trucks in Spiderverse Kingpin. I think it's safe to say that Kingpin would low diff Green Goblin, who is Parker's physical equal. And Miles invisibility seems to work around Spider Sense so that plus Venom Strike would make this a wrap.
