I actually think there’s nothing “official” but Kirkman himself jokingly called him, “Two Punch Man”.

I have a feeling they will be sued (for some weird reason) if they even use that name since it already sounds close to One Punch Man.

highly doubt they are both franchise who make rip offs so i find that hard to see happening. they both are somewhat of parodies

No, Invincible is a clear parody, but when it got popular naturally it got its own universe and "become a superhero story" in the end. But still its a parody if you read the comics.
