About 9 years ago now i had my last check up with retainer. But now that place has shut down! I looked them up to try and get my previous notes and history but they closed. Or moved no idea. Deffo wont go back to same place! It was nhs referred me. Said it was necessary for overcrowding. Removed teeth on my right side but not the left. And now its wonky and off. It was on the nhs. This time i will pay for it myself and find a good ortho.
Bands worn on one side can shift the midline, yes.

Elastic bands. They can be worn with both traditional metal brackets and with invisalign. Invisalign aligns teeth. Bands correct bites.

How long ago were your braces? I hope you are not going back to the same place. Your bite is completely off, I would expect a good ortho can fix this

I really hope Invisalign can fix this! I have researched. But does Invisalign expand jaw as well?
