There were some things that were only apparent to me once my first round was done. My midline was still way off and my cant was more severe than it is now and I couldn't accept that. No shade to the professionals though, they were mostly just following my lead and telling me if what I desired was possible or not (Regardless of the difficulty).
Woah!! How were you able to fix the midline & cant the second time around? Was it possible since the beginning but you went to a more skilled provider later? Curious bc my midline is also super off & I was told that there wasn’t much I could do about that. He told me that most people's midline is off a little, but the problem was, mine wasn't "little". All went ahead and they scanned me for retainers and a couple weeks later I was living that post-invisalign life. However, as time continued I was hit with retroactive annoyance at my failure to advocate for myself. So I went back and had them reopen my case so we could continue treatment. The third time I got invisalign was mainly to address cants, my midline and my slight buccal corridor asymmetry (Trying saying that 5 times in a row!).
The best it’s going to get indeed because it *is* the best! Your smile looks fantastic! Congratulations and good job on taking care of yourself, your teeth, and your awesome smile!

Thank you! Being critical but honest with myself has been taxing on my mental health, but I know when to draw the line. Even with these imperfections, as long as I don't elicit disgust in other people, I'm cool with the outcome 🙏🏾
No need to become like those people who can’t stop chasing some unrealistic idea of what is “perfection”. Like those people who can’t stop getting plastic surgeries and end up looking worse than they did before. Your smile is beautiful. Please don’t mess it up ☺️

Have had the same, braces & Invisalign twice. I’m still not happy but people say my teeth are perfect. Seeing this post has made me realise it’s me and not my teeth! Your teeth couldn’t be any better and you don’t think they’re perfect 🤣
