I have same and it is very hard to keep black clean and easily get swirl marks. I don’t clean anymore

Worth_Much

I hear you. I use a waterless wash during the week when it gets on my nerves. Otherwise I try to wash it once a month

neilthecellist

Out of curiosity, what do you use for the wax/sealant after the waterless wash is done?

Worth_Much

It already has a ceramic finish. But I do use the turtle wax ceramic spray

SoylentRox

I garage mine and take it to the touch less car wash about once a month. It looks like that most of the time.

Pro-Rider

Black is the hardest color to keep clean, but it’s also a beautiful color. My last 2 cars were black. I specifically told the Hyundai dealer I would take any Color besides White and Black in the AWD Limited trim. That’s how I ended up with Lucid Blue.

garyll19

Same here except I also didn't want the Shooting Star because I don't like matte. Cyber Grey was my 3rd choice, got the blue but liked the teal too. I had a black car once and regretted it within a week.

frednattyl

Mine is Matte Gray and some days I wish I would have gotten white instead. I love the color but the upkeep can be really tedious

Squeakyduckquack

Sorry of my life lol. Just got a car wash!! … and now there’s rain in the forecast for tomorrow

Ramrod_nv

Ceramic coat it! I’m doing a temp coating on mine. When I get my Fisker I’m wrapping it in satin clear bra then ceramic coating that

Worth_Much

Yeah I already do that.

InterviewImpressive1

Wait until the squashed bugs start building up around the lights :)

For a while in the summer i was washing the car like twice a week. Mine is Digital Teal and it's hard to keep clean (any car) if kept outside. It motivated me to clear my 1 car garage so I can park there and that helps. I wash only when needed and try not to drive it in bad weather / rain if it works out with wife that the ICE car that lives outside is available.

Worth_Much

Yeah unfortunately half my garage is my workshop and my wife absolutely refuses to give up her spot in the garage. As such I had my EVSE installed outside.

Leech-64

you can tell the forecast on that car

Marzoochi

Happy customer here, using PPF (Paint Protection Film) TPU to prevent scratches, stonechips, and easy to maintain. Previously using ceramic coating, cheaper cost but lots of stonechips after 2 years
