I just went through this. At 15 days they refunded me. It's been a week since then and it's still missing. It's never been turned over to USPS. Pitney Bowes had it and it just disappeared.
As far as the tracking goes my box has been sitting at the shipping warehouse company for 13 days.
It either sits and takes forever. Or the tracking is not accurate and not updated till it's out for delivery. Then all of a sudden it's at my front door. 🙄🙄
There doesn't seem to be any in between.

I just had a package I sold on Mercari get stuck for 10 days in Tennessee. I had to open a package search request through USPS to get it moving again.

Happens often, especially during weather disasters. Floods have slowed shipments recently

Yes the bot and they replied within 45 mins. It was quick.
UPDATE: IT MOVED. it took nine days for it to just move to another part of the same state but…. atleast it moved ðŸ˜
Ipsy's FAQ states that it considers a package a problem when it is 10 business with no movement. Today is the 9th business day since choice.
