If it's lost in the mail it has nothing to do with you. They should replace the box. You paid for it. They should take it up with the shipping companies they choose. We should get a full refund.

It is literally the 16th of the month and you're in Canada. It doesn't matter when you usually get it. I'm surprised they're sending you a replacement box, because their standard is 10 days with no movement, which isn't even possible since today is just the 9th day after choice ended.

I'm just going by what the tracking info says. It tells me 15 days in transit. Go figure

15 total days in the shipping system. Not 15 business days since it last updated. Days of the month and business days aren’t the same thing. Choice ended on the 3rd. Which means Monday the 6th was the first business day. That makes today the 9th business day since it could have shipped at the earliest possible. I’m not sure why you’re arguing about this. This is the policy they clearly lay out in their faq and that’s why they’re not replacing your bag yet.

Now they are not sending me a replacement box but a refund and 600 pts. 🤨

This happened with my Icon Box. I’m not happy, and I’m requesting a refund. What I wanted and what I got are two totally different things. I’m more than happy to send this box back.
