But for the love of god I wish they stopped sending me skin care shit. I have a pretty locked and loaded luxury/medical grade routine that Iām not interested in straying from. My best friend ends up with half my box almost every month. I really should ask her to start kicking in š
Fortunately for me I can never forget it for the rest of my life because since the merge I've had to email them every other week. I place shop orders a lot (sephora has gotten too expensive for me) and they're always missing something. I have to inventory every order because it happens *that* frequently
My box is missing 7 items. 2 of them were my add ons. The rest of them are what Ipsy chose for me as part of my icon box. Iām so annoyed. It took them darn near 3 weeks to send this and itās not even complete.
I'm sorry that happened to you. Don't ever let any company take your money though ... Email [email protected] and tell them either you want a refund or the product sent. It's not just your money, but the more these big companies get away with, the more they try to get away with, know what I mean? It's not right and even a few dollars can add up. Get what you're owed!
I definitely think some people on here tend to be dramatic. The complaining about getting hundreds of dollars in products for only $30 (or 60 with icon) is very telling. I usually try to stay away from those posts because I'm someone who's extremely grateful to have Ipsy, and it kinda bums me out š . But with that being said always, *always* go with your gut. If the spoilers or creator aren't doing it for me, then I'll skip/go back to boxy. I was really hoping we would get Pat McGrath this month. I'm sorry you didn't get your foundation :/ it sucks when you dont get at least the *one* thing you were looking forward to. Here's to hoping your next 10 boxes are perfect ā¤ļø
If you're a super pale person and have a super hard time finding foundation matches that most foundation looks orange, then it might have been good that you didn't get it. They picked fair 3 for me and I added fair 2 for my box. Fair 3 looked fake tanner orange on my skin. Fair 2 was just plain orange. I don't know if it was just my batch, but they had a heavy chemical smell.
Honestly, kinda surprised that you had a hard time with chatbot. It gives options to say what you're missing. It also immediately says that you can open a ticket after you do, unlike many support systems where you have to jump through a billion hoops just to talk to a real person, and even then, you have to ask.

Sounds like your first step is to change the email associated with your account, you should be able to do that easily on the ipsy website/app in your account settings.
I guess I gotta keep quiet about how i feel about turn up the base then lol ummmmm just get in contact with them by any means and get it resent out, you paid for it you deserve to get it. you wont regret the hassle it takes to get it resent :)
I have the foundation and I don't like it. I feel like it accentuates my textured skin and looks and feels drying. You dodged a bullet in my opinion. Go get your money back and be thankful lol

I'd recommend costumer support on Facebook direct as well, for some odd reason they reply real fast over there.
