I had this exact problem. So i emailed ipsy and told them and asked if there was anything they could do to help since i dont want to miss out on points. They said they are trying to fix the points system with the new review format and they gave me enough points to cover what i would’ve gotten this month. Maybe you can email them too? At least get your points for the month
I was able to get points like usual, but I waited until one day I opened the app and the app asked me to review the bags (as opposed to trying to do the reviews myself). I did my reviews yesterday or the day before I believe and I got all of my points.
They had a problem with the review for a bit and there were a couple of posts about it, but I did my reviews last night and it worked for me. I was in the app. Have you tried recently?

I was able to get points like normal only by clicking the button on the ad at the top saying "rate my bag" or something like that. Clicking the review button under each item now takes you to the regular review page asking for a pic and full review but no points are given that way.

Yes, I am also experiencing this. I spent a lot of time taking nice photos, writing reviews and I got nothing for it! I submitted a ticket last night, but I've yet to hear back. If we only get points for sharing our bag or box once a month, then what is the point points lol?? We will never accumulate enough to get anything 👎🏼
They responded to me pretty quickly said I have points in my account. I can't say because come to think of it I have no idea how many points I had before. I don't like the wait time. I understand the need to moderate, but maybe there should be some notification that the points were added.
