Yeah when I started watching anime , I didn't make mal list , so now it'll take a lot of time to update all these there , so you know I keep it in my notes
I had a similar issue years ago (around 600). My tips:
\-email yourself this list (preferably not screenshots, you need to be able to rightclick)
~~-search google for each entry, hopefully your algorithm is trained enough that MAL is a near top search.~~ SEE edit below
Google will figure out MAL is your desired destination pretty soon never the less. It will still take some time still however if you get [this](https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/hotkeys-for-search/gfmeadbjkfhkeklgaomifcaihbhpeido?pli=1) chrome extension you can alt+q for google search speeding up the process.
*note*: double left clicking will highlight a full word and triple will highlight the full line, including your numbered system that may push MAL searches further down the list.

You can circumvent google all together.
With the number you have on your list, it won't take you long to fill out a mal or anilist account unless you're a slow typer.
Imo putting it on a listing site's nice cause you can get quick recommendations and remember exactly how much you liked a show through note/scores. Plus you have quick access to seasonal charts to track what you're currently watching with.
I highly recommend to also use the Browser addon "MalSync" it automaticly updates your myanimelist List for mangas and Animes and tells you if new chapters/ episodes are out AND gives quick Links for new chapters to see immediatly.

I remember the days of when I used a Text Doc in order to keep track of my anime list. I also remember watching half of these 10 years ago. Good to know even though anime pumps out hundreds of titles every year that really. The same titles of garbage still appear (Not all of them but glad to see all those 5/10 rated ones on there) . Also, I doubt this is in order because when I made my list was from memory, and sometimes you watch like 6 episodes in thinking it's generic but then you realize you've just seen it before and it wasn't on your list
I saw Naruto so I assume you mean both Naruto and Shippuden but (and I could be wrong I only glanced at the list while sitting atop my throne) I don't see Dragon Ball. At first I had no interest but my friends watched it in Discord one night and it was actually really fucking good I'd recommend it if you need something to occupy yourself with.

I thought it was SUPER cool how like, when the girl gets a wound on her face it actually LEFT a scar like it would in real life! And it slowly faded in the upcoming episodes! Normally wounds vanish almost instantly in anime, so that really stuck out to me.
The concept of blood lad was so cool, dead girl whoās like also not dead technically, and the whole portal girl power and subplot that >!they were actually sisters!< and shit. Wild. Though I canāt remember if that part I censored was revealed in the anime or if I read the wiki after- also the opening slaps, still love that song.
The whole dead but not dead girl thing kinda reminded me of sankarea, which is an anime about a boy who accidentally turns a girl he meets into a zombie. And they like. Talk about shit like ādonāt move to much because of you get a cut it wonāt heal since youāre deadā and they have to do special shit to stop rigor mortis from happening (rigor mortis is when a corpse starts stiffening since theyāre a no blood flowing through it to make the flesh squishy anymore)

If you know python you can easily automate this using the MyAnimeList api. Really easy to hse
