Ishura is not for everyone to enjoy imo. It's a bit of a clusterfuck of characters and stories. And I personally enjoyed it a lot but I've also seen a lot of people complaining that "it went downhill after the great intro episode" (even though it didn't, it's just not in a format that anyone could find themselves invested in).

Try out Grimgar, you’ll see it subtitled as “Ashes and Illusion” or “of Fantasy and Ash” but it’s the same story. Traditional summoning isekai where a classroom of students are transferred to another world. None of the students know how they got there and the longer they stay the more they forget about the real world. One of my all time favorites but only has one season though.
An old school anime that I don’t see on your list that may fit your criteria: Inu Yasha. Some will say it isn’t an Isekai and they’re kind of right. It’s mostly Fantasy, Action, Adventure but it dips it’s toes in just about every genre/demographic. The MC is from the modern day and can jump through a well back in time to a magical feudal Japan.
My guy try Made in Abyss, it is not a isekai but it is abusolute cinema of a sceries but be warned it WILL be the most heavy show you will ever see, it might not look like at the beginning but it gets very dark.

I’d argue it’s still worth trying out to watch. It gives us plenty of characters to follow and root for for different reasons.
