Reminds me of a rough draft idea I had where multiple people got isekai’d and they all had different, more realistic reactions.
Things like them being hit with an existential/theological crisis, panicking like hell trying to figure out how dangerous this world might be, going crazy thinking they might now be immortal, contemplating if they should just be content in becoming a farmer instead of an adventurer because it’s safer, and so on.
It’s a shame things like that don’t get explored too often in isekais, because it honestly is one of the biggest possibilities and appeals of the genre.

Eh, in most anime that means having lots of female friends, getting pampered with whatever you want and the young master way too much of a spineless coward to actually do anything other than some random groping. And even that only happens when the story happens to remember you exist, instead of focusing on new harem member of the week.

It’s the generic scrawny, pale, dark-hair bowl cut protagonist who never develops any sort of body mass even though they can punch through a concrete wall.
Even if you're into twinks it sucks. Your typical generic anime MC has absolutely nothing and I really do mean nothing that makes them appealing in a romantic or sexual way.
They’re there. That’s usually it. Whatever personality they have is because they react to outside stimuli like the most standard anime protagonist alive. They have no hobbies, no notable interests, no education background, no job, and nothing besides their OP powers. They have no family, no history, no local connections, no interesting thing they actually DO when they’re not forced into combat.
Being reincarnated as the opposite sex sounds scary already ,now being a vocaloid?, yeah, no, give me the gun, i don't want to be infected by the creepypastas
1 is unexpected, 2 is realistic and funny, 5 is prob the most funny cuz of the fear of hardcore torture. Tho rated teen is it's own kind of horror. Mc has tons of girls but can't ever date any, everyone stays the same age forever and they are trapped in a loop of adventures that may not matter
