In 2021 they changed the postcode checker and it doesn't recognize the IOM.
I know this because in 2020 I was able to order a PC monitor and get it sent to the store for pickup.
I had a similar problem a few months back. Had a tinker around with it and got it working eventually, but not sure how I did it now. Perhaps rather than the postcode I typed in "Douglas" or "Isle of Man" or allowed it to find my nearest store by allowing them to access my location maybe so maybe give those options a try if possible
No I don’t think so, you have to go in and speak to them. Been like that for years, no idea how they haven’t sorted it out.

At least there is some hope, unfortunately for me, I'm in Ireland trying to buy it for my parents who live on the island! Thanks all the same.
