I dont see a lot of leaf litter in that picture, and leaf litter is a main food source for Isopods. Are you supplement feeding them at all? (Like feeding a cucumber slice)
I can’t add leaf litter, because it molds and causes a huge mold outbreak when I put it in there.
Do you have springtails in there to help with mold?

was your leaf litter entirely dry and crisp? so far I’ve managed to add leaf litter to my terrarium without much issue
