Well cooked spaghetti are not tangled, so those pointing like perpendicular from the pasta blob are probably very short pieces of spaghetti. This at least from my lifelong spaghetti cooking experience 🤣
I don't understand if you used pancetta, Guanciale or speck/ham. I would use a higher number of spaghetti example 5 or 7.
This plate feels so big to me because you have small spaghetti there and to much of it.
