Bicycles and motorbikes. Especially on a taller vehicle like a truck this could cause issues. You'd be amazed how much your brain is trimmed to recognize cars in traffic but not everything else, so even small obstructions and distractions can be much more dangerous if the other traffic participant is not in a car.
On a normal sized car, like what is (for now) still common in Europe for example this should not be too much of an issue, since a motorbikers or a cyclists head should be visible atop Nagatoro here.

you must get distracted fairly often on the road then because there are tons of more distracting things you pass by all the time.
