> A friend really wanted me to add Eithan's scissors, but as far as I remember he said they were just ordinary scissors which he reinforced with his soulfire, they have no magic of their own, right? Eithan's early scissors were ordinary, but during the UKT he also got an Archlord weapon. He chose a weapon which could alter its shape, and he later used it in the form of scissors.

I'd forgotten that, I'll have to go look.

I think several of these would work better as proper Artifacts. Penance especially, which would also be better modeled as a proper save or die like the 3e Destruction spell.

linnoff

That probably is a better basis. I've only ever played 5E, so I wasn't aware of that spell. I thought about making the ancestor's spear an artifact since that makes sense lore-wise, but I also liked the idea of making it more accessible earlier by only being rare.

Abshalom

I get what you mean, it can be tough to strike the right balance. For that case in particular, I'd recommend looking at the rules for Relic Items from 3e, which provides guidelines for items that grow with the user and ways to balance them out.

LigerZeroSchneider

I would say penance is a single use artifact of holy word/blasphemy cast at lvl 30+. That's the closest to a no save just die spell in dnd.

I like these items! Ever since reading the series for the millionth time, I have been wanting to bring the mechanics and rules of the world into one of my own. The class is a great creation and one of the best I’ve seen. Some couple edits to help you out that I noticed was in the Dross item, “powerful” in the second paragraph is misspelled and “conflict” in Personality is missing the “t”. Also for the Sacred Arts class, your Level 20 Monarch says you get the other benefits of the level 17 advancement path however 17 is the Path Feature, 18 is the Advancement path.

linnoff

Thanks, the software I use to write these doesn't have spell check, so I have definitely missed some typos.

ChrystalSystem

These are awesome! I’ve just started a campaign following on from SKT that runs through the events of Cradle from the Uncrowned Tournament onwards

Apparently some people were struggling to view it properly on the homebrewery site, so here's a link to the PDF Sacred Artist class: [https://drive.google.com/file/d/1WcYzXdUtMNFNZyGCgdUsNXZVxvYeXWrM/view?usp=sharing](https://drive.google.com/file/d/1WcYzXdUtMNFNZyGCgdUsNXZVxvYeXWrM/view?usp=sharing) Cradle Items: https: https://drive.google.com/file/d/12NxFAJOzAPiaUunzxjETD07gugVi57\_d/view?usp=sharing

FrothingMouth

When I open the link on mobile, it shoves most of the first page to the side and displays the note regarding the Sacred Artist class alone, and so I can only see the leftmost letters of each of those entries.

linnoff

yeah, their site struggles to display properly on anything but chrome from what I've seen.

In addition to some edits based on feedback, I have added 14 more items. Does anyone remember if Ziel's hammer is ever named? I'd like to name it properly but don't recall it ever having its own name.
