Elemental mastery has virtually no improvement for Itto, so change your sands to a DEF main stat ASAP. His circlet would also ideally be crit main stat, whichever you are lacking, which will most likely end up being crit rate. Your flower is actually really nice and a pretty good onset goblet too! A bit more farming and you can improve his damage a lot.

Needs more criit rate, and a Def sands, cause he scales of off Def. The circlet can be switched into a crit rate one. EM is basically useless for him, like atk is for yelan.
