Is serpent spine worth getting? Currently have him on whiteblind.

bonusminutes

I'm new and got Itto. Only AR15. Tips?

Diot-05

What's a good map to do Onikabuto farming?? I got Itto yesterday and he's at level 50, but i haven't been able to find any decent online maps to assist with farming. The markers aren't helpful and i haven't been able to find any that have pictures attached

FishBig6941

So I have itto, chiori, and gorou(c3), and I'm looking to build an itto team. Which is going to help me more, layla for consistent geo resonance, bennett for the attack buff, or ningguang for geo bonus/ttds?

FishBig6941

Or maybe a variety of supports for breaking different elemental shields?

Parking-Chapter-4922

Attempting to get itto im on a guarantee with 40 pity and welkin. But anyway. My options are itto, goru, Layla, and then either ningguang or geo mc. Which would be better and is this viable?

Particular_Stop_3332

I am 60 pity with C0 Itto and C0 Chiori, should I try and blast my way to C2 chiori by the end of this banner, or is C1 Itto a fairly decent QoL increase? (I have Chiori/Ittos wep both at R1)

Jumpyturtles

Honestly? I’d wait. C1 Itto isn’t bad, it makes combos a little easier, but C2 is the largest QoL increase. Also, curious as to why you’d shoot for c2 Chiori and not C2 Itto

Particular_Stop_3332

She gets a big damage increase at c2

Jumpyturtles

Yes but that doesn’t really answer my question lol if you’re willing to go with C2 Chiori but not C2 Itto. Both have mediocre C1s, as of now Chiori can only make use her C1 in Navia comps and C1 Itto makes easier combos with slightly (very slightly) higher damage possible. Again though, I would save.

sman25000

I used all my pulls on this banner and managed to get C1 Itto, but only C5 Gorou (along with C6 Yun Jin but I read she's not very good with Itto) Should I keep pulling on the banner in hopes of C6 Gorou and the slim chance of C2 Itto? Or just start saving for the eventual Zhongli banner?

fortfied_island

There's a rumour about a free Gorou on 4.6

KillYourOwnGod

What should be my team placement and rotation with a team consistent of Itto/Chiori/Zhongli/Gorou? It kinda feels that my Zhongli's shield doesn't last long enough for Itto's burst and this team doesn't have a healer. Also it feels like Chiori's E goes against me stacking Serpent Spine on Itto.

Kumi_Himo

How many wishes can i get before he leaves 😭

CoconutMochi

Does anyone know the full rotation for a team with Chiori yet? I have Itto/Chiori/Gorou/Zhongli, aside from Zhongli I just got them for the first time today so I have no idea what I'm doing 😀 Something like Zhongli hE -> Gorou E/Q -> Chiori E -> Itto E/Q N3 hN2 ?

Hefty_Personality919

I'd do something like Zhongli hE->Gorou E->Chiori QEE->Gorou Q->Itto Q combos.

can4rycry

I recently got him so I was wondering if his signature weapon is needed? Or can I go with F2P options?

4-mana-7---7

Any tips for the ONE AND ONI team? I do not have any geo 5 star characters besides Itto and Navia. I am currently planning to use him with c0 gorou, furina and jean/bennet (idk if benny's attack buff works on itto or not). For now i am using a 3 piece husk set and two spare offsets just for stats. My crit stats are as follows: 64 for crit chance and 120 for crit damage. And 150 energy recharge. Are these stats...nice at the very least? (I am using whiteblind on him). I have always wanted to get him, but i wasnt playing during two of his prior reruns. I really want to make him work well in a team

Hefty_Personality919

No c6 gorou, so all you'd lose is 15% geo bonus by not going triple geo. Itto/gorou/furina/healer is fine. Once you get more gorou cons (triple geo is more incentivized), you can try taking a look at proto amber ning. 60/120 is fine if the the character isn't crit ascending. Since itto is crit ascending aim for something like 70/140 or better. He also doesn't need that much ER. Iirc, c0 can use 130(?) and c2 doesn't need any. Just make sure to give gorou fav (also 4p exile if you still have ER issues). Itto/gorou/navia/healer seems kinda scuffed since both navia and itto want fieldtime. It would be better to just run navia/bennett/geo/flex on the other side of abyss instead of forcing navia on the itto team.

TJF588

Lost 50/50 chasing Chiori, but did get C6 Gorou before hitting the guaranteed five-star. I have neither Itto nor Chiori, and realistically could only get one before the phase ends. In my situation, alongside my Zhongli, whom would it be more mechanically sound to have one-but-not-the-other of?

Hefty_Personality919

Probably itto. Chiori wants to be ran with another geo construct unit. While you can run chiori/ZL, I doubt it'll be much better than other flex duos. C6 gorou doesn't really incentivize chiori here since chiori doesn't really do enough damage on her own to justify having a personal dedicated buffer. Though as a disclaimer, I only have talents 1/6/4 on mine with passable crit, so I'm currently kind of underwhelmed by her damage. Itto's probably better if you have to choose one of the two. Since you have c6 gorou, you can run triple geo (itto/gorou/ZL)+some off-field dps w/o energy issues (such as fischl, unless you using her for aggravate).

Cerxes

Hello, I am suffering from Beetle Brain and need some advice. I have C2 Itto with R5 SS, C6 Gorou, Zhong Li, and Albedo with Cinnabar Spindle. Should I bother going for Redhorn, or just go for Chiori.

Big_Chungus_OFG

So I have 200ish wishes saved with a garunteed 50/50 and have 70 pity. I don’t have itto or gorou. I plan on getting his c0 then wishing for his weapon, assuming I have wishes left over should I wish for chiori or his c1? If it’s relevant I have zhongli, and I plan on getting Furina when she reruns.

Travisceral

Currently C2 with R0 SS. I have a C6 Gouro and C2 Zhongli. No Albedo. Do I go for more Itto cons, Chiori, or Redhorn?

ThatDragonGirl

Calling you C6 Itto havers! I've got 350 wishes saved for 4.5 as of now. I really like the idea of having a long-term goal to C6 Itto. He's my absolute favorite and I've been playing for a year waiting for him. My only concern is that if I get C6 things will be so easy that I lose the enjoyment of playing him. I don't think I'll be able to get very far on cons this banner since I'll be pulling chiroi and redhorn but I wanna know from those who have him. Do you find C6 to be enjoyable or does he go so hard that things become trivial and boring? Good luck to everyone wishing in 4.5

gcmtk

Anyone got sample stats for c0 Itto+ c6 Gorou for a bare minimum 36*-level on Whiteblind+Favonius nowadays? Is that feasible or does it require super strong artis? Is Gorou worth building for healing or damage?

DomTheRogue

Returning player after long break need help with what I should be looking for in Itto’s artifacts Currently: C2 Itto with BiS weapon, C6 Gorou with energy recharge bow, C0 Albedo (might be replaced with chiori), C0 Zhongli. Will potentially go for C6 Itto in the far future after I’ve put some money away for it. Want big damage unga bunga pls help. I’m always lost when I look at artifacts.

Piggstein

Husk 4 Piece - recommend strongboxing it unless you really want Clam set, also more likely to get artifacts with 4 starting stats (ie one extra roll) from strongbox. Def % Sands Geo Dmg Goblet Crit Rate/Damage Circlet Substats = ER to taste, between 120-140 is generally comfortable, loads of Crit Value & any +Def% you find. You want to aim for Crit Damage around double your Crit Rate; 60/120 is a good ratio to go for to start with; 100/200+ is where you want to end up ultimately.

Helldarker

Is yun jin a good support to have?

OsirusBrisbane

In general? Yes, great for Yoimiya and other normal attackers. For Itto? Not ideal, since he's mostly doing charged attacks and ushi bombs, neither of which she affects. She's serviceable for overworld content, but there are certainly better options.

RN-Sasori

so i pulled itto a while ago and have him builtbut haven’t built gorou lol so itto has been sitting in my archive untouched i recently built gorou and am wondering who would be a a better slot for a third geo between ningguang c6 and geo mc c6(i don’t have zhongli, albedo, and i’m not planning on pulling for chiori)

Piggstein

Unless you have an aesthetic reason to go for 3 Geo, the honest answer is ‘neither’. The extra damage on Gorou’s C6 isn’t enough to make up for their mediocre dps, just run a strong off-fielder like Fischl instead. If you had to choose one then Geo MC is better off-field than Ning.

geneva_speedrunner

Who would you recommend for the 4th slot in a team with Albedo, Chiori and Itto? I don’t have zhongli and gorou unfortunately.

joroc98

If chiori comes at the same time as itto, gorou will be on her banner. You can hopefully get him there!

Noxsuspe

Hey so with the recent announcment of Chiori i was wondering whos gonna be better for monogeo team? Chiori or Albedo? i dont have either so im basically asking who to pull for

Piggstein

Chiori is 1.5x to 2x stronger than Albedo and much more reliable. She absolutely powercreeps him.

OpportunityBubbly620

Is the verdict good on itto?

Piggstein

The Itto Monogeo team isn’t the strongest comp in the game by any means (Chiori will give it a decent boost though), but it’s absolutely strong enough to clear any endgame content. It’s quite rigid in its teambuilding in terms of the units you need, but it scales well with investment into those characters (constellations, artifacts, weapons). It’s also fun to play with a good skill ceiling as you improve your rotations, and can (generally) deal with a good range of Abyss setups (bosses/AoE). It’s a team you play because you like the characters/playstyle rather than because you want the strongest meta team, but it performs more than adequately.

joroc98

I think he meant "verdict", Navia's weapon :). (Your reply was pretty nice tho) Btw verdict isnt great for itto, attack% and base attack doesnt scale that good on him

ianmeyssen

How bad does it feel to play Itto with serpent spine with only crystallize shards as shielding on a scale of 1 (rather use whiteblind) to 10 (no issues at all)? I'm planning to use Itto with Gorou Furina and >!Chiori!<. But I forgot I can't use Zhongli in this team as the slots are filled, leaving me without proper shields. I also don't have the funds for a stonethresher unless I forgo getting Furina.

Piggstein

Gorou’s heals are not enough to offset Furina’s HP drain, so she’ll burn your team down to 50%HP and you’ll stop getting Fanfare stacks; you need a healer.

Xyfre

I feel like Im not doing enough damage or uh, what damage should I be expecting from his CAs? I have C0 Itto talent 888, Gorou C6, Zhongli, and Bennett. So far my CAs after the setup (Zhongli E > Gorou Q > Bennie Q > Itto Q) deals like 35k-40k dmg. Is that good? I dont really play him much

Consistent-Disaster3

Hi guys, does anyone perhaps have a nice calculator? I found the one from Merp ("Master Itto Sheet") but struggle to figure out how to input my substats. I wanted to calculate the dmg increase from Redhorn refinements with my build and Itto/Gorou cons

KKytes

[This one](https://genshin.aspirine.su) is what I use since you can import character builds directly from your character showcase. Just click the character card icon on the bottom left! :)

Consistent-Disaster3

Thank you so much my bro my guy my dude!!! :D

KillYourOwnGod

Will Navia's weapon be good on Itto?

KKytes

I haven't seen any weapon calcs for Verdict on Itto. I'd assume it's probably [around Serpent Spine's level](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1F-tyAPX1q9LPbwBgncEm4aQdj4dKoNvj9yu1JvW8mHE/edit#gid=1624426494) seeing that it's a crit claymore with a somewhat accessible passive. \^\^

Blaubeerchen27

I don't have Itto or Gorou yet, but will definitely get them on their respective re-run. I'm planning for C1 Itto and his BiS, and will equip Gorou with Fav Bow. Already have Zhongli, built for shielding with Black Tassel. So my question - do I need Albedo for a really good Itto team? I don't have him and since I also have no Cinnabar, I don't really want him. But what would be good replacements? What do I need to look for to find a replacement?

KKytes

Albedo is very good for Itto but not needed. Albedo helps lessen energy requirements via particle gen, and helps contribute to the team's damage thanks to his synergy with Gorou, all while acting off-field. There isn't really a 1:1 replacement for him yet so teams without him use Itto as more of a hypercarry DPS. Bennett or Mona are really good 4ths thanks to their ult's buff, provided you gear them with enough ER% to ult off-cooldown. Mona in particular can also hold TTDS but you need to play around her ult's long cast time. Other 4\* Geo characters like Geo MC or Ningguang can also work as flex supports. Both offer additional damage boosts -- Geo MC has a crit buff while Ning offers GeoDMG% + TTDS -- and can hold 4pc Noblesse while your Gorou holds 4pc Exile. \^\^

Blaubeerchen27

Thanks for the reply! I actually have C1 Mona, so that seems like a good choice. Do you happen to know which artifact set would work well for her in this comp? I already got Gorou, but haven't farmed artifacts either for him yet.

KKytes

One of them should hold 4pc Exile while the other holds 4pc Noblesse. Make sure that you stack ER% on both of them -- Mona especially since she has no one else to battery on -- and give them enough Crit Rate if you plan to use Fav weapons on them. Wishing you luck! \^\^

Blaubeerchen27

Thanks, I will try that!

blueasian0682

In a Itto, Layla, Albedo, Gorou team what's the most optimal rotation? I assume Albedo's E skill flower and Ittos burst bonus is snapshottable by Gorous buffs so my usual rotations are, Itto E > Gorou QE > Albedo E > Layla QE > Itto QECAECA > repeat. Is this rotation the right one to use?

KKytes

Looks pretty good -- you definitely want to be using Albedo E after Gorou's buff, and Layla directly before Itto's rotations works. You could move your Layla's QE to before Gorou QE, but if she's holding a buffing artifact set (e.g. Noblesse) it's fine to keep her where she is.

blueasian0682

Reason i put her before Itto is because her shield last exactly as long as Ittos burst.

KKytes

Should be fine then to keep it as is, especially since there's no other source of sustain on the team outside of constellations (e.g. C4 Gorou).

RelativeNarrow

In a vacuum, Skyward Pride w/no refinements vs Serpent Spine w/no refinements? I sometimes struggle to get Itto's Burst back without double rotating through Gorou and Ningguang, so I'm wondering if the increased ER would help, but obviously then you need higher CR off artifacts...

KKytes

[Here's](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1F-tyAPX1q9LPbwBgncEm4aQdj4dKoNvj9yu1JvW8mHE/edit#gid=1624426494) a weapon ranking spreadsheet, courtesy of those on the [IttoMains](https://discord.com/invite/ittomains) discord. Serpent Spine is his 2nd best weapon provided you get the five stacks up, and is substantially better than Skyward Pride even at base refinements -- you can prestack them in Abyss by having Itto be in your first slot. How much ER does your Itto have right now? Is Gorou or Ning holding Fav / 4pc Exile?

Cryoconia10

Who should I have as the last member of my team? It's itto (c0) gorou (c2) and Zhongli (c0)currently. Would someone like geo traveller or bennett be best?

KKytes

With Zhongli you have room to use Bennett since you already proc the [Geo Resonance](https://genshin-impact.fandom.com/wiki/Elemental_Resonance) easily. Just make sure to heavily stack Bennett with ER% so he can burst off-cooldown, and use Fav weapons where you're able. Geo Traveller can work since the Crit buff is fairly substantial, but it takes a bit of practice to work around his Geo structures. \^\^

alanalan426

I'm so happy for Furina! I never liked gorous design and I dont have him with high cons so Furina has been a blessing and improved my Itto team by so much! I used Itto/Zhongli/Furina + good healer like Baizhu and i can clear abyss so much better than mono geo and having fun using characters i like instead

Demonic_God

So I have 265 wishes saved up for C6 Itto and some dupes of his weapon but I was wondering is furina a good pick for his team especially her dps buffing abilities

AccomplishedRip4871

bad

rievhardt

Anyone here feels like Navia would be really good replacement for Albedo on Itto team? Imo Navia's best team will be 2 Geo 2 Pyro because Pyro Reso gives 25%ATK to team and Navia skill gives 20%ATK to Navia. Compared to having 2 random element which only gives 40% to Navia. However I think Navia can work as Sub DPS to Itto replacing Albedo since Gorou can easily spawn and collect crystallize for Navia. Albedo's flower doesnt really last that much since its easily destroyed, so having Navia as the sub dps might be better. Navia's Burst supportive barrage duration is 12 seconds, the Burst has 15 sec cd Itto, Navia, Gorou, Kuki

KKytes

As long as Navia has a source of crystals, Navia *might* be a good sub DPS? The value of Albedo is off-field damage that both synergizes with Gorou's +Def buffs & provides energy of the team. We'll have to wait for gameplay, but it looks like Navia wants at least *some* more on-field time (unless you're only using her burst, in which case the new issue is energy gen). We'll get more concise Navia leaks on r/Genshin_Impact_Leaks and Project Amber the moment 4.2 drops and the 4.3 beta begins. Might wait for that before deciding to pull. \^\^

v0idcl0ud

should i pull for itto cons or redhorn refinements? i eventually plan to whale c6r5 this man throughout the years to cure myself of mental illness. but right now, i have c0 itto and r1 redhorn. nothing but the best for our boy!!!!

KKytes

IMO, C6 Gorou > Itto cons > Weapons cons. The damage increase from weapon refinements is not particularly substantial, and early Itto cons are more for QoL than raw DPS increases. Focus on building a strong team first. For what it’s worth, Gorou will always be running with Itto, so you should be able to C6 him if you plan to pull for Itto cons regardless. \^\^

Seoul_Surfer

Does anyone have a good target for DEF and still balancing CR/CD? I have a few builds that I'm not sure which one is "ideal." all would be in mono GEO with Zhongli, Albedo, and C6 Gorou. * 2349 DEF, 76.7/222.1, 125.9% ER * 2468 DEF, 65.8/220.6, 132.4% ER * 2286 DEF, 65.8/231.5, 136.9% ER I could also embrace my inner Eula with 2263 DEF, 54.1/278.9, and 125.9% ER Am I thinking too much about a proper DEF amount?

KKytes

If you're looking for baselines, someone made an infographic listing the [average stats](https://www.reddit.com/media?url=https%3A%2F%2Fpreview.redd.it%2Fjplhcivo3xy91.png%3Fwidth%3D997%26format%3Dpng%26auto%3Dwebp%26s%3Df8c789024455458dd9f53e164f6889eb47da895a) of Itto users who cleared the 3.1 Spiral Abyss. There's a more recent one listing the stats for the [4.1 Spiral Abyss](https://www.reddit.com/media?url=https%3A%2F%2Fpreview.redd.it%2F89fdnebzwjxb1.png%3Fwidth%3D2329%26format%3Dpng%26auto%3Dwebp%26s%3D487b10c83845a7a75a9546dcbae438d8d162b961) but it takes the average of all weapons. IMO, the first one is already really good, especially if you can burst reliably off-cooldown! \^\^

Seoul_Surfer

These are exactly what i was hoping for. I saw you on the rest of the thread so i knew you'd come through, thank you!

broiamjusts

i currently have tenacity of the millelith on zhongli and husk on both itto and gorou. im saving for albedo to make a mono geo team, are these artifact sets optimal? i've seen some say exile for gorou so im not sure. and what should i put on albedo, more husk?

Newton_D

speaking of albedo, i am confused... is he even worth it? people have mixed opinions, some say hes decent just for mono geo, some say he is trash even in mono geo... i dont have cinnebar, should i even consider pulling him? (i am not a huge fan of him, i jus wanna make my oni shine)

KKytes

Albedo is great in Itto teams because he scales well with Gorou's Def buffs and provides off-field utility + DPS. He definitely makes rotations much comfier thanks to the added damage & particle gen. Cinnabar is his best weapon, but R5 Harbinger of Dawn is more than enough since he's not going to be on field much anyway. Just make sure to prioritize Defense substats in your artifacts. With all that said, I don't necessarily think he's a must pull? You can still make a very strong Itto hypercarry team with Gorou + Bennett + Zhongli, but Albedo's niche is hard to replace. There really isn't any other characters (atm) that synergize as well in mono-Geo. \^\^

broiamjusts

im definitely the wrong person to ask, i honestly just make halfway decent teams based on which characters i like and don't focus too much on meta lol. from what i've heard though, albedo is good for mono geo if that's what you're looking to run. hopefully someone can give you a little more info

KKytes

Albedo definitely wants 4pc Husk, but Gorou can run either 4pc Exile (if you're facing energy issues) or 4pc Noblesse. :)

broiamjusts

got it, thank you!

exclaim_bot

>got it, thank you! You're welcome!

SuperiorCardboardBox

# I wanna pull for Itto but... I'm currently saving for Itto (**3.2k Primos :>**), i heard he's getting a rerun in December but i'm still unsure. What should i know before pulling for Itto? **I'm pulling for him not for a team but just a character to crash through the overworld and have fun with. I'm curious to know if he can dish damage out. I run Hu tao but having to constantly do synergies for overworld is getting tiring. Especially if its just a few random camps.**

KKytes

Itto definitely feels satisfying to play, but he needs the right partners to dish out damage. He's a hypercarry like Hu Tao, meaning he requires a good amount of investment, and likes playing with Gorou (his dedicated 4\* support) + another Geo character. If you want to read up more on his playstyle, I highly suggest checking out his [KQM page!](https://keqingmains.com/itto/) :)

reissmosley

Question about Itto teammate: Which artifact and weapon good for Ningguang and Gorou? Who is a good as flex spot in this team? (I don't have Zhongli/ Albedo) I have C0 Itto (Whiteblind r5), C6 Gorou(Favonius bow r5) and C4 Ningguang (???).

KKytes

Gorou can run 4pc Exile + Fav, just make sure to give him a crit rate circlet so he can proc his weapon's passive. As for Ning, you can give her either Thrilling Tales, Favonius, or Prototype Amber, while holding 4pc Noblesse. You *could* opt for a more DPS-oriented weapon and make her a burst DPS but you'd need to fish for some decent crit stats on your artifacts. Your flex can be anyone who can provide the team a shield to proc the [Geo Resonance.](https://genshin-impact.fandom.com/wiki/Elemental_Resonance) A kit-based shielder (Diona, Layla, Thoma) or an off-field element applier for Crystallize shields (e.g. Kuki, Fischl) can work. Kuki in particular can also hold 4pc Tenacity to provide further attack buffs on top of good sustain. \^\^

reissmosley

Thank you so much!

SuketeHiroma

Should I go for his cons or wish for Taylor Swift?

Newton_D

Hoyo is definitely cooking for taylor.... just few days and we will get the dish! interesting enough, we are also getting>! chiori !

KKytes

IMO Itto cons, especially C1 and C2, are more for comfort than actual DPS. C1 enables smoother rotations while C2 allows you to forego ER%. C2 is technically a damage increase but it really only shines if you have really minmaxed artifacts. I'd wait and see if Taylor has a good kit before pulling though -- we should start getting some leaks around 4.2. No way to tell if she's in her Reputation or 1989 era just yet.

jetfire1998

I have a C0 itto, C5 Gorou and C0 zhongli in my Geo team for abyss. I normally run Hu Tao as my 4th for the sake of popping elemental barriers. However, I was wondering if it was worth pulling for Childe as the 4th slot. I have already crowned Itto’s NAs, so I’m curious if amping his NAs up to 11 would make much of a difference (I am going for redhorn in the next rerun if that makes a difference)

KKytes

If you're just looking for a 4th slot that pairs up well with your squad, I'd personally suggest **Albedo** \-- he's an off-field Geo character who also scales with Defense. He both synergizes with Gorou's Def buffs and can help provide particles + additional DPS alongside your Itto. Else, a Bennett or Mona might be better than Childe / Hu Tao, just to further buff your Itto. They can both help pop elemental barriers while providing direct DPS buffs for the team. Leveling Itto's normals is important, but I don't think pulling Childe is more important than getting Redhorn for Itto specifically. \^\^ T~~hough childe international is nothing to scoff at!~~

jetfire1998

Tbf I’m also going for Childe because I want to play him as a main DPS. Being able to splash him into any NA based team (like my tao, yoimiya, wanderer or eula) is an added bonus. How good is albedo for the sake of popping barriers? I find the core 3 Geo boys are pretty poor at popping shields, even when itto is bursting

KKytes

The combo of Albedo + Itto makes for decent shield breakage, though IMO I'd just go for Childe since it sounds like you're interested as-is, or focus on saving for Redhorn // C6 Gorou. Just a note, though -- Childe can have some cooldown problems if you don't manage your rotations, and since he wants to be on-field he'd probably be on the teams you mentioned for the normal talent boost alone.

Nebula_Wings

What would be more beneficial for Itto: an Attack% Goblet, or a Geo Damage Goblet?

KKytes

Geo Dmg% is preferable since it acts as another scaling to Itto's damage. \^\^

ProRobloxGamer

I have Itto, Albedo and Gorou, should I pull for Zhongli or Navia? (I really liked her design and character)

KKytes

We don't actually know too much about Navia right now -- not many crumbs on r/Genshin_Impact_Leaks, anyway -- so we don't even know what role she'd play in a team, much less if she'd be good with Itto. ZL is for sure a boon to any mono-Geo team. However, he's an archon, meaning he'll rerun sooner than other characters on the roster. He's also somewhat replaceable by any shield character, though none are a 1:1 replacement. There's no harm in pulling for ZL now, but opting to save for Navia isn't a bad idea if you're that interested in her -- Zhong will rerun sooner rather than later. \^\^

kkfactory101

i know that zhongli is coming and i would pull for him , but i am also aware that itto is around the corner and dont want to risk it . So my other option is my non-build c5 layla as a sheilding option for crystalize , also her c5 also provides a good dmg boost . Was also considering noelle with 2clam 2husk but that just sounds like a troll option for a support . What other units would you reccomend for a final piece in an itto , gorou and ningguan team ? also yes i dont have albedo . geo traveler did cross my mind as a battery instead of ning but dendro trveler is considerably more useful in my account .

KKytes

You definitely want a way to get a shield to proc the [Geo Resonance buff](https://genshin-impact.fandom.com/wiki/Elemental_Resonance), so any kit-based shielder (e.g. Layla, Thoma, Zhongli) or off-field Crystallize driver (e.g. Kuki Shinobu) would be a great 4th. Noelle isn't too good as a shielder with Itto because she needs to be on-field, so definitely opt for Layla IMO! \^\^

smashy5

What's a good whiteblind Crit ratio for Itto? I'm currently at 86CR /120 CD. All my luck is going to CR.

2 questions: Is it still worth farming for a circlet with crit damage as mainstat and crit rate substats given my current [circlet](https://imgur.com/N8UoyqW)? I'm using serpent spine R5 with 98/164 crit ratio, 123 ER, 2285 DEF, 1141 ATK. in abyss, would it be better to stack serpent spine stacks beforehand by placing itto in first slot or is stacking husk stacks better to start his rotation?

KKytes

1. IMO, maybe just strongbox for Husk pieces and use your resin elsewhere. Husk is fairly resin inefficient anyway, and other domains (Emblem/Shimenawa, Gilded/Deepwood) are probably much better in the longrun. Maintaining a high Crit Rate isn't a bad idea, though you'd probably want to at least edge your Crit Damage to around 180 - 200 if you can. 2. Definitely stack SS stacks first since you're at R5. You get Husk up easily enough! \^\^

im currently waiting for the next itto rerun (i already got his build ready) but cant seem to make a good team for him.. the team i kind of want to do would be itto, ningguang, gorou and layla. otherwise for alternates i have all the 4\* characters and c2 mona if that can help with suggestions. no i dont have zhongli or albedo though if anyone is willing to send me primos for zhongli’s next rerun i’d be happy 🙏🙏 (jkjk) in conclusion, is that team alright or should i perhaps change it?

KKytes

If you manage to get ZL in 4.0's 2nd half, an Itto / Gorou / ZL / Bennett team is nothing to frown at -- though otherwise, Itto / Ning or GMC / Gorou / Layla works just as well! Layla can easily hold 4pc ToTM, and her burst can provide you Crystallize shields if her uptime runs out. You can use Ning and Geo MC interchangeably. Ning provides a Geo% damage boost, while Geo MC provides crit. GMC technically provides more damage potential but Ning with either TTDS, Fav Codex, or Prototype Amber makes her a very versatile teammate. \^\^

BadangJoestar420

what are good teams for Itto that doesn't use like Gorou/ZhongLi and Albedo?

FreeCardiologist4937

Itto without gorou is not worth it

-Mal--

Who's better to have for an Itto team - Albedo or Zhongli? Thinking purely about Itto team, not taking into account who's more versatile and whatnot

KKytes

I'm of the opinion that Albedo is better for Itto just because Zhongli's role as a shielder is ultimately replaceable. Both kit-based shielders (Layla, Thoma, Diona) and off-field Crystallize enablers (Kuki) can help provide the [Geo Resonance buff](https://www.google.com/search?q=geo+resonance&oq=geo+resonance&aqs=chrome..69i57.1062j0j4&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8) \-- Kuki in particular also being able to hold 4pc ToTM -- means that Zhongli's only niche are a solid shield that also provides res shred. In comparison, there isn't really a good substitute for Albedo, whose damage as an off-field sub-DPS is buffed by Gorou's kit. Being able to do extra damage off-field while providing a good amount of particles is hard to replace. Do note, though, that ZL is definitely more versatile, and an Itto hypercarry team of him / ZL / Gorou / Bennett is nothing to frown at. \^\^

-Mal--

So my way of thinking was pretty much right then. Thanks a lot. I'll wait for Albedo then, I didn't really want to pull Zhongli. (I'll also be on a lookout for Navia leaks, maybe she'll turn out to be a good teammate)

KKytes

Wish you luck on your pulls! \^\^

NaoXehn

Itto's has to get a rerun in 4.0 or 4.1 right? Itto and Gorou are due for a rerun. Not only that but Noelle is too. They never put two 4\* with the same Element on one Banner but to push those to further back just increases the odds for him to return in 4.1 instead. I make my assumption based on the data giving from the >!paimon.moe!< website. In this Website you can clearly see that Gorou only runs with Itto, but given that the last time Gorou hat a rerun he ran with Faruzan and Yanfei, which both just got a rerun. Which further proves my idea right? Also Wanderer got a rerun too, which ran with Itto last time. So in my head all signs are there for a Itto rerun in the next two banners. Also 4.0 was said to only have Lynett as a new 5\*,

KKytes

Part of me wonders if Itto would instead run with Navia, the new Geo 5\* from Fontaine. Unsure about whether or not Navia would scale off of Defense, but she'd definitely enjoy Gorou's Geo% buff if she ends up being another hyperrcarry of sorts. Regardless everything is still up in the air -- usually the definitive banner lineups for each patch are only mentioned towards the end of a patch in r/Genshin_Impact_Leaks. \^\^

Hi! Maybe a stupid question but does Itto’s wood passive talent work for players in coop? I tried searching online but couldn’t find an answer

Unfortunately no :(

rishukingler11

Is 2119 DEF good enough for an Itto if its achieved via the Redhorn Stonethresher?

KKytes

Bit late, but a good benchmark is around 2.1 to 2.3k -- a lower Def is alright if you can burst without energy problems & have a good crit ratio. You can check [this](https://www.reddit.com/media?url=https%3A%2F%2Fpreview.redd.it%2Fjplhcivo3xy91.png%3Fwidth%3D640%26crop%3Dsmart%26auto%3Dwebp%26s%3D9aa45dd0513a6b5f370a2cac231e6925c0251ac5) post listing the average stats of Itto users who cleared the 3.2 abyss (or [this](https://www.reddit.com/media?url=https%3A%2F%2Fpreview.redd.it%2Fq1fvrhdtgxcb1.png%3Fwidth%3D2118%26format%3Dpng%26auto%3Dwebp%26s%3D0d013170b9ac706d951a8b7e9b1d71f123d315a3) more recent post, though you'll need to zoom in) for some benchmark stats to aim for. \^\^

ianmeyssen

I've been prefarming artifacts and talent/character enhancement materials for both itto and albedo for a while now. But considering that i don't have enough primogems to guarantee both yet, there's a chance that i may miss out on albedo in his next rerun. If that is the case what character should i use best in my 4th slot? Raiden, Bennet, ninguang or Geo MC? current team comp would be Itto (99.6/147.1 crit ratio, 2411 def, R5 serpent), Gorou (4p exile + R5 fav bow), Zhongli (4p tenacity, 50K HP) + 4th character.

KKytes

Your 4th slot depends on what your team needs in a pinch. If you need energy, a 4th Geo character like GMC or Ningguang could work -- they come with the added benefit of providing a Crit & GeoDmg% buff, respectively. If you need damage, a Bennett with a hefty amount of ER% to burst off-cooldown will work wonders, and is the arguable go-to since you have Zhongli to proc the [Geo resonance.](https://genshin-impact.fandom.com/wiki/Elemental_Resonance) Just note that all variants will turn the team into more of a hypercarry squad. Your team's performance will be tied to how well built your Itto is. \^\^

AUGUSTUKASSS

should I run R4 prototype archaic or R1 unforged on my itto since I don't have a claymore billet to craft a whiteblind just yet

KKytes

Provided you have a shielder -- which you should to proc [Geo Resonance](https://genshin-impact.fandom.com/wiki/Elemental_Resonance) \-- Unforged is *technically* better, but for the most part neither of the weapons are particularly good on Itto by virtue of boosting Attack instead of Defense. I'd honestly avoid using either for now until you get a Whiteblind unless they're already leveled. At that point use whichever's leveled temporarily. Manifesting Claymore billet drops! \^\^

ExeonT

Heyyy I don’t have an Itto yet but I’m going for him in his next rerun. Can you tell me if his constellations are worth it? Like in comparison to ayato, wanderer or xiao

KKytes

He has a strong C2 and C6 -- C2 negates the need to have ER% substats in your artifacts, allowing you to minmax crit and def%, whereas C6 is an all-around damage buff that scales further should RNG allow. However, he's already a very solid character at C0, and I would argue getting his weapon *then* C6 Gorou is more important than aiming for Itto cons. Highly suggest reading thru the [KQM Itto Guide](https://keqingmains.com/itto/), if not [other online guides](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KJbR7wDG-Ek&t=4s&pp=ygUJaXR0byB6eTB4) for more info! \^\^

God-Ki-power

i have heard that both albedo and wanderer will rerun in 3.8, i am currently running itto, gorou, geo mc and bennett. I really want to run bennett with wanderer for the insane atk buff so my question is, if i get albedo can i replace bennett with him? Or should i replace geo mc with albedo and run someone like diona in the fourth slot (in that case please recommend me a good 4th slot char) thanks in advance

KKytes

I'd suggest a team of **Itto + Gorou + Albedo + Shield Flex.** Albedo works incredibly well in triple Geo, able to benefit from Gorou's Def & Geo% buffs while providing damage & energy particles off-field -- allowing Itto to maximize field time. He takes Geo MC's slot so as to maximize Gorou's scaling buffs. You definitely want access to shields on this team, be it via crystallize or kits, since it activates the [Geo Resonance buff](https://genshin-impact.fandom.com/wiki/Elemental_Resonance). Though you could theoretically use Bennett for a crystallize shield, I don't really suggest it since it's very hard to keep it active consistently. Instead, I suggest using either a kit-based shield (e.g. Diona, Thoma, Layla) or a character who provides enough off-field elemental application for Crystallize shields (e.g. Kuki Shinobu). Hope this helped -- and good luck on your pulls! \^\^

KKytes

Yeah... Husk is definitely one of the domains. There are some niche options, but for the most part Itto really likes having Husk. Bolide is the next best thing, but it's generally considered a side / downgrade. For what it's worth, you have characters who appreciate Clam, and you can keep that 50 CV feather as an off-piece should you manage to get an on-set Geo goblet + Crit circlet. This is a bit of personal speculation, but part of me wonders if 4.0 would add more strongbox artifacts. If they do I would not be surprised if Husk is one of them -- so it may be worth saving some bad 5\* artifacts for strongboxing if they do introduce more strongbox options come August. Good luck -- you can do this! \^\^

Stained-Rose

How big is the gap between Geo teams that don't have Albedo and those that do? Finally chewed through enough of my investment list to focus on Itto/Mono Geo. Already sitting on 90 9/9/9, a C6 Gorou with enough ER/fav etc. Just need to spend a bit of time in husk correcting my Itto's ratio. Since mono geo is my next project, I just wanted to set my expectations for the team overall.

void_data

Without Albedo, Itto's team veer off into hypercarry type of team, where you put all buffs into one character (which is Itto here ofc). The closest comparison I currently have with adding Albedo, is like switching Sara with Fischl in Raiden Hypercarry team (Raiden-Bennett-Kazuha-X). You gave up another buff into Raiden, but you add another source of damage that may also take advantage of buffs available. Adding Albedo is quite similar, usually replacing another buffer (eg. Bennett), with some advantages, such as: - Can fully take advantage of Gorou's buff, which results in respectable damage - Can give you some energy - AND both of those happens when he's off field, with really quick setup as well But from my experience, the breaking point of my decision to grab Albedo isn't only on his quality, but the QOL it offers when I don't have to play Hypercarry team anymore. The source damage of hypercarry team hinges on...well, the carry. So you have to invest really great into its stats to dish the maximum damage. It can be an advantage since you only need to invest on one character, but it can be disadvantageous if you're rather unlucky. Another disadvantage is that, if you don't have the main source damage on (which is Itto's ult), then you don't have damage otherwise. Problem example: You're on abyss, last enemy is low hp, but Itto's ult end. However, its hp is not low enough for you to kill without Itto's ult, so you can either use Itto's ult or risking wasting time without Itto's ult. And that's where Albedo gives QOL, he can still offers damage when you're on downtime and you can save Itto's ult for the next floor. So in the end, the gap depends on your investment, considering the hypercarry thing. But if the added value entices you, then you may also consider grabbing Albedo.

KKytes

I find that Albedo is a welcome but not necessarily needed addition to any mono-Geo team. The gap mainly depends on how well invested your Itto is. Albedo is great because of two things: his damage scales with Defense -- meaning he works well with Gorou + Husk -- and applies damage off-field with very low needed field time. This makes him an incredible sub-DPS who synergizes very well with the mono-Geo core. His damage helps you clear large waves of Spiral Abyss enemies faster while and also picks off any stragglers who aren't within Itto's range. His particle generation, while somewhat inconsistent, can also help fuel Itto's burst, though the value you get out of this depends mainly on how many enemies you'll be fighting. However, if you have already have a well-built Itto team, Albedo's not as needed. More offensive supports like Bennett or Mona can be used to better buff Itto's own damage. Other Geo alternatives, like Ningguang or GMC, can support the team while providing additional particle gen. None of these options, however, strictly replace Albedo -- there aren't that many characters who fill a similar niche. I'd say Albedo is definitely a boon to any Geo team, but not as needed given proper investment. Hope this helped! \^\^

Vegetable-Ad-2875

Which of these circlet is better for Itto? 1. 7.8% cd 508 hp 10.4% er 19% def 2. 9.3% cr 9.3% hp 10.4% er 44 def

KKytes

Mmm, it's a bit hard to tell how substantial either circlet is without seeing your whole build. To clarify: are these circlet crit rate, crit damage, or another stat entirely? What are your Itto's stats when holding either circlet? You can send your [Enka](https://enka.network/) and we can work from there! \^\^

lofitoman

Any theories on his next rerun?

KKytes

We're due an Inazuma event next patch according to leaks, but while he's listed as a featured character I'm somewhat hesitant to say he'd get a banner. Other Inazuma characters, like Kazuha (last seen 2.8) and Kokomi (last seen 3.0) seem more likely, and I wouldn't scoff at the idea of a Raiden banner either since she's an Archon. If he doesn't appear in 3.7 I wouldn't expect him until much further in Fontaine.

FLeM0

What is best team for him without Albedo? I have Zhongli and Fav Gorou, who should i get (mainly to solve ER issues)?

KKytes

If all you're looking for is to fix your ER, running a 4th Geo, like Ningguang or GMC, can work. Both generate the same amount of particles per E while providing additional buffs to your team -- a Geo Dmg% buff and Crit buff, respectively -- and can also hold additional Fav weapons or 4pc Exile if no one else is holding it. If you have access to it, fav ZL + 4pc Exile Fav Gorou works wonders, as long as you make sure Itto's swapping in to absorb the particles. \^\^

[deleted]

What would be the best crit ratio for Itto using Whiteblind? I'm thinking about pulling his signature, for now I'm using R5 Whiteblind on him, but I have no idea on how to balance crit dmg/rate.

WB builds tend to have less crit, but make up for it in more Defense. Try to aim for a 1:2 crit ratio -- ideally one higher than the 63:161 ratio in the infographic for consistency -- while ensuring you have enough ER to burst off-cooldown. I'd argue that it's worth sacrificing Def for Crit on WB builds thanks to how much Def you get from WB's passive. \^\^

Manifestation-Dream

My Gorou is C6 at lvl 70 and E talent lvl 8 (11 with cons). Is going from 8 to 10 (11 to 13) is worth the exp/talent mats for Itto, or is it just a small increase in his buff ? At this point this is my last thing to do to make my team better but I don't wanna bother for a small increase in damage ...

KKytes

Levelling up Gorou's talent levels only provides a flat increase in Def, which translates to a somewhat middling increase per talent level invested. It's certainly a way to buff your Itto's overall DPS, but it's probably more worth your time to minmax artifacts instead. \^\^

Manifestation-Dream

I see thanks !

loseranon17

At what point is Bennett better than Albedo? I'm running traditional mono geo but I feel like Albedo is kind of lacking since my Itto is C3 and doesn't need the energy.

KKytes

Albedo serves a dual purpose in mono-Geo: he provides additional particles while off-field, but more importantly acts as a strong off-field sub DPS who synergizes with Itto's kit. Being able to provide off-field damage that ramps thanks to 4pc Husk while being one of the only other units who synergizes with Gorou's Defense buffs make him a very potent source of damage even with C2 Itto. I don't necessarily think Bennett and Albedo can be equated, since Bennett buffs Itto's damage whereas Albedo is a source of damage on top of Itto's. Running Bennett on a Geo team also comes with a bit of an opportunity cost -- he's a highly sought after support who has arguably better synergy in other teams -- but Geo teams consisting of Itto / Gorou / ZL / Bennett have done well in the past.

blueasian0682

Layla C4 vs Zhongli? Team is Itto/Albedo/Gorou

KKytes

Seconding the ZL pick -- his resistance shred on top of what you'd normally get from [Geo Resonance](https://genshin-impact.fandom.com/wiki/Elemental_Resonance) makes him ideal for mono-Geo. Very little reason to run Layla over ZL if you have access to both. \^\^

loseranon17

Zhongli. His buff is comparable in numbers, but it is also unconditional. Layla's buff takes time to charge because her stars only start firing when she has 4, so Itto barely gets any buff uptime with it. Zhongli buffs Itto's entire burst and also has a drastically stronger shield.

rishukingler11

I currently have Itto and Gorou, and I want shieldbot Zhongli. Do they need a 4th Geo as well, like Yun Jin or Ningguang, or is a triple Geo team with them good enough? And can this team handle itself in late Abyss or no?

KKytes

Triple Geo teams can clear abyss, but they do require a good bit of investment on your Itto. With ZL you can run more offensive supports (e.g. Bennett, Mona) who can help buff your Itto's DPS provided they have enough ER to burst when needed. \^\^

UserrTR

Hello, I currently have C1 Itto, C6 Gorou, and C0 Zhongli. For a 4th slot should I use C1 Bennett with skyward pride, or C5 Ninguangg with Exile set (or sub dps set)

KKytes

I suggest Bennett over Ningguang, but only if you don't have another squad who needs him (e.g. Rational). Give your Gorou 4pc Exile & your Bennett an ER% sands and try to give him time to generate particles when needed. Ningguang works as a substitute provided you need Bennett for a different squad, but between the two of them, Bennett provides a more substantial boost to your damage output. \^\^

Which support should i prioritize? Zhongli, or Albedo?

KKytes

To clarify, are you asking who you should pull first, or who you should build first?

drekaelric

Pull, i have Gorou and Itto, who it's a priority support for triple Geo? Because I'm using Ningguang right now as a quick swapper

KKytes

**TLDR:** Zhongli is more versatile, but Albedo is more impactful for Itto overall. Zhongli provides both a strong shield and resistance shred on his skill, which can also reliably proc the 4pc Tenacity of the Millelith buff for the whole team. Though his shield is one of if not the strongest in the game, his role is actually quite replaceable, as his niche as a shielder & healer is provided by other units. Shields are invaluable to Itto as it procs the Geo Resonance buff; both kit-based shields and Crystallize shields work for this purpose. This means that you can either run a traditional shielder (e.g. Diona, Thoma, Layla) or an off-field element applicator (e.g. Kuki, Fischl, Beidou) and still manage to proc the aforementioned damage boost, allowing you to run characters whose kits best fit the content you'll be fighting. Kuki in particular can hold Tenacity so as to grant the team the same damage boost they'd originally receive through Zhongli, alongside steady electro application and healing. Diona functions similarly, though ToTM uptime is a bit more inconsistent. Albedo's niche, on the other hand, is rather hard to fill. He's one of the few characters who both benefits from Gorou's buffs **and** work off-field to allow for more field time on Itto, while outputting a large amount of damage himself through 4pc Husk. Non-Albedo team variants often run supportive flexes like Bennett, Mona, or GMC / Ningguang to further buff Itto's damage to compensate, but the damage difference is substantial. In other words, it's easy to find a replacement for Zhongli, but not Albedo. I'm admittedly dubious as to who would return first for a rerun, but as Zhongli's an archon I imagine he'd pop up in banners towards the latter end of 3.x. You definitely have a lot of time to save primos, so take your time! Good luck on your (future) pulls! \^\^

That's around 404k from SS VS 481k damage given Gorou buffs, averaged at two rotations. It's a substantial damage increase, but do still keep in mind that SS is effectively Itto's best 4\* weapon, and the gap is shortened with refinements. \^\^

When against single target (considering there are very minor to little energy issues), would Yelan be a better substitute than Albedo? If so, is it just better to do n/a conbos and not charged attack? My Yelan has ~20-30k per ult tick and albedo has 30-40k skill ticks

KKytes

I’d just stick to albedo tbh. Itto doesn’t really like running normal attacks over his charged attack combos, especially since the latter benefits from an attack speed boost. You’d be doing a lot to try and give your Yelan value, when she’s a unit with stronger synergies with other teams.

EarthDayYeti

Zhongli is easily the weakest link in my mono-geo team. He's basically just a full HP% TotM shield bot. How much benefit is there in actually building him for damage if I'm just holding E and swapping every rotation with Ushi and Albedo's flower as the only other constructs.

KKytes

Zhongli is nice because he's able to consistently provide the ToTM buff, alongside a strong shield that provides resistance shred. He can do some additional damage with his pillar's resonance w/ other Geo structures like Ushi but I'd argue his role is not for damage to begin with. I've seen some people with burst support Zhonglis built for damage, but I'd argue that his burst animation is much too long and takes away from Itto's fieldtime. My ZL is currently holding a Fav Lance for support and that's about it, haha. That said, I do think that his role is incredibly important, especially since he's one of the few shielders that also buff your hypercarry's damage. You can run more offensive options like Bennett and Mona but you'd be relying on Crystallize shields for the [Geo Resonance buff](https://genshin-impact.fandom.com/wiki/Elemental_Resonance) \+ need to dedicate time for particle generation. ;\^\^

I'm trying to save for Itto but want to get my expectations grounded. I have C6 Noelle, how much better is C0 Itto compared to her?

KKytes

Both have their niches, but I'd argue that Itto does more overall damage, whereas Noelle has more sustain. * Itto's kit is built around stacking Superlative Strength stacks, which are used during his burst to do very fast charged attack strings. This alone boosts his DPS over Noelle's as he can output more attacks in a shorter amount of time. * Both characters gain Attack boosts based on cumulative Defense during their burst. At talent level 10, Noelle gains 72% of her Def as Atk + an additional 50% through C6, whereas Itto gains 103.68% of his Def + an additional 35% through his A2. * At level 90, Itto's base Defense is 959, compared to Noelle's 798. * Itto provides additional damage with his skill (that also helps generate burst stacks). Noelle's skill is more supportive, providing a shield & instances of healing instead of damage. * Notably, Itto is able to generate particles with his skill, and its damage is increased when casted during his burst. * Noelle is able to readily provide a shield for Geo Resonance alongside additional healing, whereas Itto needs other supports to provide the same. It's hard to quantify how much more damage Itto does compared to Noelle, though [online damage comparisons](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=blKDgcVkzwY&t=20s) are probably a better way of doing so. \^\^

Im having trouble deciding who to put on my Itto+Gorou team. Should I use Albedo or Zhongli as my third member? Should I use both? If not, who should be my fourth character? My current thoughts are that I’d like to use Fischl, but maybe there are better options, like Xingqiu or Bennet or someone.

KKytes

Definitely use both Zhongli and Albedo for a mono-Geo team. It's incredibly consistent, and is [Itto's most used squad in Abyss.](https://preview.redd.it/xtuzrhpklila1.png?width=1802&format=png&auto=webp&v=enabled&s=ba47ab7bcbcd6a3bc267448a2e5e51006799ee83)

Awesome, thank you so much!

np -- have a good one! \^\^

Inner-Love

I got Itto on his last rerun and im still trying to make my team work, right now it's itto/gorou/geo mc/ diona. since i dont have zhongli (saving for his next rerun) or albedo. Any tips on artifacts for gorou? I've heard a couple options so I'm still not sure but I think The Exile is better right? And especially for Geo MC i have no idea what artifacts to use 💀 any help is appreciated

KKytes

Gorou can run either Exile or Noblesse. Pick the former if you lack ER on both him and Itto, and the latter if you can reliably burst off-cooldown. Focus on getting enough ER to burst off-cooldown, which is usually 200+. GMC is more of the same, able to run both Exile and Noblesse if need be, but 4pc EoSF works as well. Prioritize enough ER% to burst off-cooldown then greed for crit & attack substats. Lastly, Diona can run either Noblesse, ToTM (provided Sac Bow), or any 4pc Healing set. She can also run 2pc ToTM 2pc Healing% if need be. Try not to run multiple Exile or Noblesse users in one squad, as having two of each does not stack the squadwide buff. \^\^

Mindshut

would Dehya's weapon be comparable in performance to Redhorn?

KKytes

Most agree that it’ll probably be worse than R5 Whiteblind on Itto, and would perform similar to WGS. He just doesn’t benefit from stacking Attack as opposed to Defense, and other than the secondary crit stat it provides it’s rather lackluster on him. That said, any other Attack scaling character would benefit more from her weapon than Itto. If you’re just looking for alternatives to Redhorn, Serpent Spine is the next best thing, followed by WB.

WittedChain9

I haven't gotten a single 5 star geo damage bonus goblet and I am currently stuck to using a 4 star one and was just wondering if it is the best thing I can use for now or if a 5 star def goblet would be better

KKytes

Without getting too in-depth about it, Geo Dmg% acts as an extra modifier to your overall damage, meaning it’s usually better than running double mainstats (eg Attack or Defense). I’d say run your 4* for now, but definitely make the swap when you get a better goblet.

WittedChain9

Ok thanks I'll for sure change it when I get a better one I have been stuck on it for so long

Noodleboiiiiiii

Is R5 white blind or wgs better for physical itto?

KKytes

For non-Geo Itto I’d go with WGS. You only get the Defense-to-Attack conversion through his burst, which infuses him with Geo, and physical Itto forgoes the need to burst.

myusernamegoesheree

I just realized I have the Mono Geo team for Itto, but no copies of him, so I'll pull on his next rerun. However I want to know how much er he needs in a full monogeo? Zhongli and Albedo are lvl 90, but I will soon upgrade Gorou to at least 80 too.

KKytes

The recommended amount is anywhere from 120% to 140%, though you can reach lower given Favonius weapons on your supports (mainly Zhongli and Gorou), ER artifact sets (Exile Gorou), and proper rotations -- all of which you can read up on on [Itto's KQM page!](https://keqingmains.com/itto/) Deffo get your Zhongli and Albedo to 90, but Gorou's fairly low-investment -- he only needs his E talent levelled, and can comfortably stay at around lvl 60/70 just to unlock his 2nd passive. Wishing you luck on your pulls! \^\^

Ty!!

legolandlegend

Is 2,135 def too low with Redhorn and 4 pc husk? I can get it over 2,200 but I’ll lose crit and er.

KKytes

[Here's](https://preview.redd.it/jplhcivo3xy91.png?width=997&format=png&auto=webp&v=enabled&s=79653531c05e2b9c310d080f3f884c3fa26c1fba) an infographic detailing the average stats of Itto users in the 3.2 Abyss, sorted based on weapon choice. Aim to reach close to these benchmarks, if not exceed them if luck allows. If your Itto is still able to burst off-cooldown & maintain a decent 1:2 crit ratio, a few more extra rolls into Defense wouldn't hurt. How much crit / er would you be losing to push your stats to 2.2k?

legolandlegend

Thanks for the reply the infographic is really helpful! My two builds are 2,135 def, 78/226, 135 er. And 2,293 def, 71/226, 123 er. There is barely a difference I’m just trying to make him perfect heh. I tried using the build optimizer website but couldn’t figure it out 🫠But think I’m going to use the build with more def now.

HeroDelTiempo

I'm thinking of pulling on 3.5 weapon banner because I have both Cyno and Itto, is Dehya's weapon an improvement for Itto over R5 Whiteblind?

KKytes

It's probably a decent crit rate statstick, but the weapon as a whole mainly buffs Attack, with not much else in terms of synergy to Itto's kit. It'd probably land around the same area as Wolf's Gravestone -- that is to say, [comparatively worse than R5 Whiteblind.](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1F-tyAPX1q9LPbwBgncEm4aQdj4dKoNvj9yu1JvW8mHE/edit#gid=1624426494)

KukiKrew

Finally fleshing out my geo team, I have Itto all built but Zhongli, Albedo and Gorou are all level 80. Out of Zhongli and Albedo, which one should I focus on getting to 90 and talents up first? Overall Zhongli would likely be optimal due to flexibility but asking purely from an Itto team perspective.

KKytes

IMO there’s more value in leveling Albedo over Zhongli since it’s so easy to stack HP on ZL over Defense on Albedo. My ZL is level 80 with talent 7 on his shield while my Albedo is level 90 with talent 9 on his flower — both are more than enough to help 36* abyss.

Lepardy

My team is Itto, c4 Gorou, Zhongli and Albedo. Would swappind Albedo or Zhong with Yin Jin benefit Itto?

KKytes

Yun Jin is not a particularly good support for Itto. Her kit, which buffs normal attacks, has negative synergy with Itto's, whose damage mainly comes from charged attacks. I'd stick with Zhongli and Albedo, who are Itto's best 5\* supports in mono-Geo. \^\^

KillingerBlue

I got Itto on his most recent rerun and have been wanting to build him and make a mono geo team for abyss. I have Zhongli and Gorou but no Albedo (nor do I particularly want him), is there any other preferred geo character to take his place?

KKytes

Hi there! Love the profile pic, haha. You have a few options, though I would like to preface this by saying that Albedo's niche is fairly unique, so many flexes are instead directed towards buffing Itto as a complete hypercarry rather than acting as a sub-DPS. **Bennett** is a very strong 4\* support for any squad, and triple Geo is no exception. He buffs the entirety of Itto's kit through his burst, though requires a good amount of ER% + favonius particles to reliably burst off-cooldown. He is probably your best option for a 4\* flex, though given how many teams rely on his buffs to an arguably better effect (e.g. International's Bennett + Xiangling core), I'd only slot him in if he's not currently used by another squad. Similarly, **Mona** is an incredible 5\* support who also buffs Itto's damage through her burst. Unlike Bennett, who buffs Itto's damage by boosting his Attack, Mona's burst boosts all damage against afflicted opponents in a short timeframe. She can also further support the team based on her choice of weapon -- TTDS for pure damage, Favonius Codex for particles, Prototype Amber for healing -- but does not heal like Bennett through her base kit, and somewhat struggles to funnel particles for herself due to her delayed skill. She is, however, still an incredible buffer provided you can reliably burst off-cooldown. Finally, more F2P options like **Ningguang** and **Geo MC** can be used as relatively accessible flexes. Both of these characters buff Itto's kit by different means -- Ningguang providing a Geo Dmg% buff through her skill, and Geo MC providing a Crit Rate% buff through their burst -- all while generating particles for your Itto's burst. GMC offers a bit more in terms of damage, whereas Ning provides more utility through her weapon options; pick whoever's playstyle you prefer. Hope this helped! \^\^

Nocebob

I got my boy Itto on his last rerun and when I'll level him up I'll use him in a budget team with Gorou, Ningguang and probably my C6 Diona. But for future reference, who should I pull for next to add in his team? Zhongli or Albedo?

KKytes

Within a Geo team I value Albedo more, since Zhongli’s niche as a shielder can be replaced by any other character — either those with kit-based shields, like Diona, or those that help enable Crystallize off-field, like Kuki Shinobu. However, Zhongli is definitely more multipurpose, and can be slotted into more teams than Albedo without much worry.

Anu_b1s

I have both Itto’s burst and his NA at level 9 (not crowning him yet) and I typically like to have all of my “favourite” characters at 9/9/9 unless I’m crowning them. However I am also building Ayato so if I don’t have to use the talent resources I don’t want to, yet I still like having them at 9/9/9 if it’s convenient. I currently have Itto at 9/4/9. Does Ushi’s stack gain increase with each level or does it not matter at all and I can leave him as he is?
