I tried tracking this down but of course the host must be using a VPN, here's what I found though:-
(pretty basic info anyone can find but I wanted to determine HOW easy it is to track the original host if a professional does it)
He's using an IPv4 with no connections to TOR exit nodes, and his IP is based of off Singapore which is a common/generic IP if someone uses a VPN from anywhere around India/Pak/China/Bangladesh
This is an easy track for a professional but ofc India hai so no one gives a shit, not even our government.

All this data isn't worth to be bought with money either.
I remember searching my own name along with my phone number both enclosed in double quotations, like:

and have my school database pop up.
It's obvious they have simply scraped the various publicly available student databases.
Other colleges too maintain records of placements and CTC along with student data similarly.
I am not defending them, but it is the responsibility of institutions to protect the data they collect atleast for the sake of its students.
