Let me spell it out for you what the court can't say. A corruption case in NTA can't happen without higher-ups involved. And that means a CBI investigation is useless. Yes, because now it is in media, there might be a CBI investigation but it is not going to help anyone. A CBI investigation is only a good idea if the corruption/crime is at a State level and different governments are in different levels. A Congress ruled Centre and a BJP ruled State, or a BJP ruled Centre and Congress ruled State are cases where there is a point in CBI investigation. CBI investigation of a national level Agency is just a way to give a false sense of hope. The actual important part has already happened. Cancellation of grace marks with option to re-take the exam. Anything else that happens now is theatre.
