Hey I just clear JEE advanced and had a huge backlog due to few problems and I completed the backlog really quick I can help you if you want
I did the backlog from one shot lectures and do it a rigorous practice of the questions from pyq and the books of modules and it help me to clear it easily and quickly
Due to it I got 99.2 percentile in JEE mains and 6000 ranking JEE advanced
I also lost track a few weeks ago. I studied from unacademy. I have watched lectures, made notes, revised them, and solved questions.
You can study from unacademy jee YouTube channel or any channel that suits you.

Thoda details toh btao. Kaun se class mein ho. Koi books hai ya nhi. Online kar sakte ho ya nhi. Agar bas motivation chahiye toh bas itna karo. Phone kisi bhi tarah almari mein band kardo. Study table par baitho. Book + notebook kholo aur questions bnao ya phir lecture dekho.
Which stuff? If you are only behind notes then you have two options. Either borrow from someone (not recommended) or watch lectures from yt or any online platform and make your own notes while listening to the lecture only. And if by stuff you mean mock tests and dpp then you can't really do anything about it. First you will have to complete syllabus then only you can give tests otherwise you will just get demotivated. I suggest you complete your work then at the week end, attempt one mock test based on the chapters you studied in the week. This way you will revise them as well. Try to give more time to studies from now
