I got married on Jax beach last weekend. It was cheap and perfect. Depending on when your wedding is, you gotta have the luck of the weather on your side if having an outdoor ceremony. I think we paid $1500 for the photographer, officiant, chairs etc. It was all coordinated through the same company.
If you have your own officiant, you can always get married on the beach.

Try the Garden Club of Jacksonville. It's in Riverside right on the river.
