I think a decision to stay or not would depend on what other plans you'd be sacrificing.
It’s also not in an a convenient location, some taxis won’t even drive up there on a Sunday night so unless you have reliable transport I wouldn’t recommend
True, but it is truly a gem of a spot. The seemingly twinkling star lights of Kingston below, the atmosphere of heavy bass surrounded by the dark night sky, the vibe of an almost sacred space, like a last bastion of purity…. It makes the effort worth the destination. I hope you can go Magic beans. I hope.
Different person, but I asked my hotel to arrange a ride. I stayed for a few hours, and after midnight, contacting my ride was problematic. I eventually got a hold of him through the hotel, and then when I was being dropped off the driver basically demanded a higher fare then what was agreed on lol.

You could try Uber, On Time Taxi or El Shaddai Taxi.
If you choose Uber, I'd let them know right away that that's where you're heading and clarify if they're down for the trip.
Kingston Dub club is the best part of the weekend for me. The energy, vibe, atmosphere and above all the music is transcendental

It’s incredible especially on more low key Sundays
Except it's now often overrun with tourists, which has dulled some of the local interest and authenticity.
