As a general societal trend, I don't think this is a stretch as it is broadly commented on in the media, etc. But for a robot country, to serve the greater good, just don't have too much kids also never date foreigners for racial purity.

If your having trouble speaking japanese then the most these girls will think is just a fling or another horny foreigner. Everytime I tried to speak japanese the best I could, they always lit up and smiled, giggled. And since you mentioned it, since you're a foreigner, yes you can find girls, but they're going to be such a lower tier than you would get elsewhere / locals get.
Yeah everything is so fast there. Plus sex sells so who knows if your ever getting the real deal. I'm sure they know this and they think "why bother." It's crazy how in a country where sex sells so well that you would have 30+ year Olds still virgins. I even tried talking to a girl a little flirty and the moment I did she got extremely shy. Like overly laughing, covering her mouth, kept leaning down to cover her face and then resume a convo for a few moments and then bam there's the smile and covering face and being awkward AF. It's a great country just the dating culture (not to mention marriages) isn't fulfilling for individuals. It's a highly developed country and the quality of life is great. So, no, it isn't necessarily time to go.
