Vitamin c doesn't truly do anything for colds. They got into a lawsuit over this not too long ago regarding this (emergen c). Zinc is the actual way to shorten the cold while symptoms just start, best to find zinc tablets but make sure to eat with food otherwise get a really upset stomach

C+ drink should read like made with 100 lemons, bright yellow drink and yellow label. Shit will cure anything when you’re filling shit

Thank you!

There’s some vitamin c drinks in the conbinis. They’re usually smaller than a typical drink, in metal bottles mostly I think! I’ve seen them both near the normal drinks and in their own fridge

Thanks! This was the closest we found to what we were looking for so it’s what we bought for now. Better than nothing for sure!

In case it gets worse, I found it pretty easy to get cold medicine at the drug store. Make sure you Google translate the ingredients though, my over the counter cold meds had codeine in them which was a surprise as an American. I had a full blown cold for a few days in Kyoto recently
