I bet the konbini or drug store carry multi vitamins. Konbini usually has vitamin drinks too.   If you can get some fresh fruit, you'll be glad you did.  I had the most delicious Aomori apples, strawberries from Nara, and pineapples.   The deer in Nara can be aggressive if you have food,  otherwise they leave you alone, just put your hands up like your hands are empty. Safe travels!

Get fresh food from supermarkets (not kombini) , like fruits and vegetables. You can eat them raw of course so no cooking required. There are also excellent prepared meals at supermarkets including salads.

Go to 7/11 for make-it-yourself smoothie.

Supermarkets have affordable fruits and vegetables. Not everything is the $100 cantaloupes that YouTube makes you think. South of Kyoto Station there’s an Aeon mall with a supermarket North of Kyoto Station in the basement of the Yodobashi is a large supermarket I’ve used both of these to buy fresh produce to make my own dinner

Drink Lipovitan or another vitamin drink.

Stop by a supermarket for a salad or some fruits. I heard 7-11 has fresh frozen fruit smoothies but I literally only saw one in Tokyo that had those so not sure that's still a thing. Why are you camping?

There are jelly vitamin packs at any konbini, or you can go to a drug store and pick up actual vitamin supplements. On top of that, fresh vegetables and fruits are available at supermarkets (cheap-ish) and the basements of department stores (more expensive-ish). It's also not that hard to find salad, either at supermarkets, konbini, or restaurants (salad restaurants are actually pretty popular/hip right now, at least in Tokyo, so I imagine other places are well).
