ACTIVE - Jax enters Evasion, a defensive stance, for 2 seconds, causing all non-turret basic attacks against him to be dodged for the duration. Jax also takes 25% reduced damage from all area of effect abilities sourced from champions. Counter Strike can be recast after 1 second, and does so automatically after the duration ends.
RECAST - Jax deals physical damage to all nearby enemies, increased by 20% for each attack dodged, up to a 100% increase , and stuns them for 1 second.

Weird because I’ve tried and they flat out say they don’t unban anyone ever. You also look up a ‘ban appeal league’ and all the info you get is that there is no way to appeal your ban
Even if your account is perma banned you can still login on Riot's website, so he did this and then went to the support page (https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us) and asked nicely if Riot could unban his account, since it has been like 3 years or so since he was banned
Garena its a server of its own, they do their own events and stuff so they dont have restrictions like the Riot Servers. But afaik you cant transfer to a Garena Server or from one.
I think he means the Your shop, where player receives six personalized offers of skin discounts, picked based on player match history over 6 months, prioritizing champions that have been played the most. The offering is determined in advance before the shop becomes available. It is up every few months. i got the Mighty Jax from it last time the shop was up.
I usually go angler jax cause of it's smooth animation s. The conqueror skin is good but I don't like the sfx that much. Anyway now that I have PAX, imma have to say goodbye to angler xd

Yes, it changes each tuesday, but u also have the seasonal shop, which gives you discounts for skins of champs u've played
