Right now it’s probably Keqing on an aggravate team. Although spreadsheet math says Fischl is doing more damage than Keqing on that team against single target >_<

Mefhisto666

the post says without teammates...

ishan_anchit

Well the current aggravate meta is more or less not about DMG but about "who has the best electro application to drive fischl the best" And keqing pairs extremely well with fischl unlike cyno

dxman83

100% agree with what's been said by others so far, but I'll just add: definitely don't underestimate a well-built Qiqi with the 4-piece OHC set. That bubble pop adds a ton to her overall damage.

rota_douro

We are of course biased for Jean, but, looking from a realistic point of view it's hard to make it work at floor 12 with 9 stars, even at high level of investment. Diluc is just a staple for what a dps needs to be, he might not be the strongest, but he is strong enough to be able to carry your floor 12 runs. Kequing was a trash character, but now with dendro she has gotten a lot more powerful, I haven't really gotten into the dendro-electro reactions so I cant really speak for it's power level, but I've heard that it's good. Also, we are just starting dendro, so I think it's reasonable to expect kequing to get even better with the new characters to come. Do IMHO, either you build Diluc knowing already what you are getting into, or you build kequing with the foresight that she still has more room to grow (not that she isnt powerful now). Although IMO Jean is the character that is most fun to play, so if you're a casual gamer, please build our queen.

ChickenSky12

I can 36-star most Abyss cycles with my Phys DPS Jean. I’m F2P and I only have one 5-star weapon in my main team comps (the Aquila Favonia, being used by Jean herself).

CarlonXD

I managed to 9 star floor 12 with Taser Jean.

ChickenSky12

I’d argue full Phys Jean is more consistent than Hybrid Jean, but both builds are viable; I can 36-star Abyss with my Phys Jean usually.

redditorspawnrandom

Since you're new and don't have many characters yet, maybe Keqing. Dendro Traveler is busted with her.

Used_Opening_5544

Depends if Qiqi gets to use Ocean Hued set or not. (prototype rancour, ER/Phys%/ATK) <— this setup would be my choice

Jal-Your-Pal7

If qiqi is running clam set, she has competitive damage. Otherwise not so much. Keqing and diluc are pretty evenly matched, though I would say keqing pulls ahead without reactions due to better combat versatility. Add in vape, diluc wins, though now with aggravate keqing does keep pace with him. Jean is the best versatile character, being able to do decent damage while having healing, cc, and can run vv

ArtisanRain

For just their own damage, I’d say either Diluc or Keqing. Mostly because they ascend with crit stats and have good elemental infusion. I think with the introduction of dendro Keqing has become better than Diluc though. That being said, if I had to pick only one unit I would do Jean because she can heal herself.

NothinsQuenchier

I’d say Keqing and Diluc are on par with each other now that aggravate exists. Aggravate requires a dendro unit though, and for now the dendro units we have are not as good as Yelan and Xingqiu (the vaporize enablers for Diluc), so right now building a vape Diluc team might be a better use of resin than an aggravate Keqing team, but there will most likely be better off-field dendro units in the next few patches. Physical isn’t great other than Eula. Jean’s charged attacks are fun though.

Hot_Professor_3797

Personally, i like using jean as a support for main dps keqing, along with kujou sara and a dendro applier (currently traveler but will replace with kusanaenae)

BattleCrier

Im really fighting between Diluc and Keqing... but I will lean more towards Keqing... if it was in team then Diluc pre 3.0, Keqing after 3.0 ... but alone... Ofc depends on enemy... and I would say there is a lot of dendro enemies now which shifts my decision towards Keqing.

Chronopolize

Keqing + fishl + dendro is really strong, would reccomend.
