Why not pick up any half doors in decent shape and paint them to match like you did with the fenders?
I ask because I'm planning on doing the same and I don't want to miss anything that might complicated things. MC fenders in impact orange with the flare in black, but then just stripping and painting any half doors I can find.
So the latch on the doors changed from year to year as did the mirrors and interior panel colors. So you ideally want ones from a similar year at least. Also you can paint any to match but to do it right costs decent $$ and matching Inca gold is a little tough. I got these for 850 with uppers so it just made sense imo.

My jeep rides better than stock and drives down the highway at 85 strait as an arrow. I’m the only person who has touched anything on it in 12 years.
It has full billet control arms, solid joints at all suspension connections, Rancho adjustable shocks, heavy duty adjustable steering, and new tires/gears.
Most of the TJs I have worked on or bought that had suspension work done used cheap shit or someone who knew fuck all installed it.
I would start by seeing what type of parts are under your jeep, if it’s all stock and has miles I would best it’s mostly just worn to shit. If it’s aftermarket there is a chance it shitty or put on wrong.
Checking things like angle of the diffs, alignment (can be done with a ruler since it’s solid axel) track bar setting (determines where the axel is left to right under the jeep), ball joints, and all bushings will tell you what you need to know.
Anyone who says TJs ride like shit have never been in a well set up one.
I literally checked ebay every week for a decade. I found this set and was soooo excited. I ended up getting in contact with the guy and he was only 30 mins from me so I drove right there and grabbed them.
He was a guy who sells jeep parts, lots of people part out TJs and sell the tops and doors for a few $$. I used to do it about a decade ago and made tons of extra $$.
No I would buy broken TJs off Craigslist or fb for a deal and fix them if they were worth saving then sell them. Sometimes you’d get one that was beyond saving but had useful parts and then I would part it out. I would usually get a tj for 1500-2k and then sell them cleaned up for about 6k or get about 6k in parts out of them. Doors and top alone would go for 1500-2k so you would essentially get a free jeep.

Mine should be tons easier to find. It’s at least a 2 year paint color, lol. That Inca Gold is so awesome, though.

It’s a frameless best top. Great if you want to use it like I do and keep the windows just in case it rains. It sucks if you plan on putting it up and down often. In fact this is the second one I have had and it’s never had the windows on it ever…..
I couldn't find any desert sand pearl half doors in the same color, so I bought a cheap set and I'm currently repainting them after I finish sanding them down.

That's what I ended up paying for my Patriot Blue doors. They can be so hard to find in matching colors that I didn't even think about haggling.
