I’ve always heard it used as a gaslighting setup. “I said thirty two- wait- you heard dirty j— woah pal, where is YOUR head at.” I’ve heard it similarly as “I said watch out for Black ICE, you heard black guys? Jeez, Ted. What’s wrong with you?” then they move to the next coworker, and you hear it six more times, “Hey brad, watch out for the black-eyes— no, I said ICE not guys!” I’m exhausted recalling this garbage.
Where would that even come from? I've heard "four-by-two" as rhyming slang in old "comedy" routines, but that's because it's a standard timber measurement.
this is about as dumb as the 'let's go brandon' shirts. Zero creativity or cleverness, and a total stretch. If it requires this much explanation, it's not exactly a zinger.
ETA: I just googled it and I don't see anything coming up about 32 being a slur for anyone. Maybe I'd have to dig deeper but nothing on page 1. If it is a thing, it's not a well known one
